This is the second review I'm making regarding intercity Xpress. I bought a bus ticket in December for the trip that was to take place on the 11th January 2026. On the 5th of January I cancelled the ticket and to this date I haven't received my refund. I have made countless calls concerning this but I've been told different stories.
I bought a bus ticket in December to travel from Benoni to Pietermaritzburg on the 11th January. I later cancelled the ticket on the 5th of January. According to Citiliner, if you cancel the ticket they take a cancellation fee and you'll be refunded within 7 days or so. I have made countless calls and I've been told that the claim is with their finance department but to this day I haven't been paid back. My ticket number or reference is STCSLZWO2. Intercity please refund me.
I went to build it Brakpan needing to get 2 spare keys. I waited more than 20 minutes for the service but no one helped me. I ended up asking for the service but the cashiers were totally not bothered. 1 guy came to ask how can he help and I explained that I need to get my keys cut. He said he's going to find someone who can help me but he also never came back. The petrol I spent going there only not to get help. I'm so upset 😭
I opened an account with Nedbank 2 years ago. I then realised that I'm not using it but I'm being charged R240 monthly. I requested a downgrade to mygoal account which will cost me R99 per month. I was directed to call the customer service. A consultant there helped me. After a few days I received a platinum card. I went to the branch to ask what is happening. The consultant at Nedbank lakeside convinced me that that's the correct card for mygoals account. Month R250 was debited from my account. Guy didn't downgrade me but upgraded me.

I have an account with telkom and have been ridiculously billed for many months. I went to their branch to complain and was told to call them. They said my account was not on top up, I took the R99 data contract. I asked the lady to put it back to top up. This month they say my account bill is R701, I call them again and they say I have subscriptions. 2 different stories for 1 problem. Telkom mobile, why am I paying so much for my R99 contract?
I have been stashing for months. I had a balance of R2100 when I tried to withdraw my investment but I couldn't find the option to withdraw. I then uninstalled the app thinking I'll get the option to withdraw when reinstalling. When I reinstalled the app, my investment started on R0 balance. I contacted Liberty and they explained to me what to do. I have managed to get to the withdrawal option but my balance is only +R50. When enquiring they say I haven't stashed since March. I want to know what happened to my money.
I am still waiting for the textbook that I bought online on the 21st April 2021. Only after writing to hellopeter I received the email that they are working on my order but still waiting even now.
I bought a book from this company on the second week of April, I haven't received the book. I have been emailing them with no response. Please help
My name is Lerato, I ordered a dress online at Africa Fashion House and paid via EFT on the 24th February 2020 and was told that it'll take 7 days for my orderto arrive. I am still waiting for my dress, I have tried communicating with them but they always say my dress is on the way. Lockdown regulations have long being eased but they're not communicating with me.
