I had one of the worst experience in my life dealing with Hollywoodbets employees, they are rude, unprofessional and have no customer service skills. People working at Hollywoodbets ***** money from people's accounts and still have the audacity to undermine us customers. Today after a long 2 - 3 weeks of calling Hollywoodbets, I get an SMS telling me that R500 was withdrawn from my Hollywoodbets Ewallet and I have an available balance of R150. When I called Hollywoodbets an employee by the name of SIBONELO was unable to help me. I asked Sibonelo to please check if my Hollywoodbets Ewallet was active, He told me that he was unable to do that. If employees of Hollywoodbets are unable to help you with simple thing like checking an Ewallet Status, Who Will Help Me? I'm honestly now tired of going in circles with Hollywoodbets, its clear that my money was ****** by one of the employees of Hollywoodbets and if this matter is not resolved, I will be taking legal action, because I'm not the only person to have this kind of problem with Hollywoodbets.
I've been waiting for 5years to complete my my Diploma in International Tourism, the campus where I was doing it closed down and I was told that they will contact me on how to go about completing my course. I have one course left to complete and I've been trying to contact MSC Business College, I called in and I was given an email address which is (lungi@msccollege.co.za) I sent out the email to the person with no feedback. I've paid so much of money to study with the College (I pay something like R12000) for the last course that I need to do to complete my Diploma. I'm honestly tired of going in circles with MSC Business College. I would really like my money back. If I don't get feedback from MSC Business College I will turn this into a legal battle, because I have all my proof of payments that have been made and I was done paying for my studies before the college closed down.
I have been playing with Hollywoodbets for some time now and from the 15 of August 2024 I had a problem with my Ewallet withdrawals. When I contacted Hollywoodbets to ask for a reversal, I was told to wait for 5 to 7 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. Its been more than 8 days now and when I did a follow-up, I was told by their employee (Noxolo V) that I need to wait for another 24 hours, then do another follow up. I really need my money back. I have screen shots of the live chat that I've been having with the Hollywoodbets employees over this time.
Hi I'm Benita Naidoo a resident Of Louis Trichardt I was faced with a humiliating ordeal with the Branch Manager Of FNB Louis Trichardt Mr Joshua Minyuku on Saturday 30/05/2020....Mr Minyuku was so rude and out of line by the way he spoke to Thabiso, who was helping me get a confirmation letter, which I needed.
