I have still not had a response the 31 January for the details pertaining to the prepaid migration. Please refer to point 8 on the migration form where it clearly stipulates that all values will be carried over once the migration is done. This is however not the response received and when I query it via email nobody responds or calls.
Good day Can someone please contact me with regards to my contract cancellation. I had an issue last year where incorrect information was given. I have an email confirmation confirming that now early cancellation fee will be charged however when I called the cancellation department this morning and spoke to Aleshan no notes have been placed on my profile. Last year I dealt with Kedi Mokgobo. I am furious. Everytime I deal with Vodacom it's a nightmare. The consultant advised he has escalated the matter and the turnaround time is 24 to 48 business hours which is not acceptable He was not even able to provide me with a reference number, how pathetic
Can someone please contact me with regards to the upgrade which was done today. I was given the incorrect details by Mlungisi Dube of the upgrade package. Left 2 messages for the Team Leader, the Kedi Mokgobo to call me and no call. This is totally unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and annoyed
Pathetic service to say the least. Haven't been able to connect to WiFi for the past 3 days.
I have received the most outstanding service from Bar One security. They are friendly, helpful and very professional.
