I placed order #88749 on 18 November 2025. This business promises free delivery nation wide, but to date (4 December 2025) nothing has been delivered. A few promises to deliver were made and then broken. I escalated my problem to the regional head in the Western Cape, Lorenzo, who seemed to try and get my delivery moving but to no effect.
Avis arranged delivery with me for a rental car linked to an insurance claim. They did not deliver on the agreed time and when I called told me that I cancelled it and then transferred me from pillar to post before rudely cutting me off. I did not cancel the delivery or the rental car for that matter and also received NO communication from them.
This lounge is not so premier anymore. When I entered there was a queue and only one person to register. This person also let in someone for free as I witnessed. No sunday paper available. No knives and forks at the dishing area. Generally understaffed and some tardy service. The quality of the red wine on offer has also declined. Also the wifi password on the wall was an old one and not relevant anymore.
Absa Stockbrokers disabled trading on my TFSA account. I cannot trade any of my shares for more than a month now. I multiple cases with their support over the last week. Each time the case gets closed with a stupid non-helpful proposed resolution without being resolved. Its as if they did not read the wording of the error message their system generated that I forwarded to them to resolve. VERY BAD and incompetent support from ABSA.
ABSA Stockbrokers deactivated my account without any pre-warning out of the blue. There is also no way to discuss this with a human as their call centre just keep you on hold forever. I have been a customer with them for nearly 20 years now and am currently losing money by not being able to trade my stocks.
ABSA Stockbrokers did not respond to 2 formal support cases logged during the last 6 months.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM!! I placed my order CC1SX2 with CyberCellar 2 weeks ago and paid via Credit Card. The payment was committed on my bank account. To date I did not receive my goods and also did not receive an invoice for my payment made. I made multiple attempts to contact them on their support email but did not receive any response. Their telephone number also not working so I cannot speak to anyone about my problem.
