Waiting over a month for a refund - mistakes can happen Bushy over charged my credit card - and admitted it happened - now over a month later with many emails sent, phone calls made and promises that the money is on the way- nothing has been refunded -
I haven't been able to log on to my bank account for months - between people on the telephone and ChatBots promising to have someone email me or call me no one has - I am residing in Botswana so it is not like I can get to a branch to sort it out.
My husband is now dead and they still will not stop the debit order from a data contract that we have been trying to cancel since October 2018 - we physically cancelled it with the Manager at the Waterfront Vodacom shop. I have even sent the death certificate as I was instructed to. We have been living in Botswana - so can not get to a shop and can only rely emails and phone calls.
I think Vodacom are thieves - They have been debiting my account for nearly 2 years for a service I cancelled in October 2018. I have tried everything on their website to contact someone as we are now residing in Botswana and cannot get to a shop to speak to anyone. I have reported it via the phone to their helplines without any luck. I wrote a review in early June and still am waiting for their promise of a service agent to contact me- to date nothing.
We cancelled our date MyGig3 in October 2018 and the debit order still comes through every month - and there is no way to contact anyone either online or by phone (we have made every effort) and we are located in Botswana so no Vodacom Shop to go to for assistance.
