We were with Sizwe Hosmed for many years, my Grandchildren was on our Medical Aid sins they were born seeing they are Financially Depended on us. My eldest Grandson has been on for 19 years and 4 Months, our other Grandson 16 years and 7 months and our other Grandchildren. We never ever had a problem with Sizwe Hosmed until they went under Curatorship and we were told that they are closing there doors after being members for many years. We had no choice to go over to Keyhealth Medical Aid, of which we were Accepted and the Whole Family was carried over as is to Keyhealth. The Broker of Keyhealth took our Application and all ID's of all and the Sizwe Hosmed Member Certificate to the City of Tshwane's HR for Medical Aid and all was Accepted and Stamped on 03 November 2025 wih all details of all members on it as well as Birh Certificates etc. Everything went well until yesterday afternoon we received ONLY an SMS saying: "Hi HR did not subsidies the grandchildren now you need to pay R7344 in order for all kids to be in the medical aid meaning you need to pay them separately" This came to such a shock to us, why did the City of Tshwane and Keyhealth not decline our Application but rather Accepted it now all a sudden after 3 months the took our grandchildren of the Medical Aid and the grandchildren depended on us does not have Medical Aid anymore. When we phoned the City of Tswhane HR Department they told us the Grandchildren must pay for themselves after 19 / 16 / 11 / 10 / 9 & 7 years. The children's parents CANNOT AFFORD Medical Aid that is why the children was on our Medical Aid SINCE BIRTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody not Keyhealth nor City of Thswane have made contact with us regarding this matter the children just gets taken off. We went over to Keyhealth with all Members on Medical Aid and now all has been declined which is so unfair. It has been Accepted by Keyhealth and City of Tshwane that we pay R12 681.00 in total, We as Members must pay R6889.85 and HR at City of Tswhane R5791.15 (their portion of 60 %. But instead the took our Grandchildren off Medical Aid. We were told the grandchildren must pay for themselves, where must a 7 year old and all scholars get money from to pa Medical Aid ???????????????? Thank you
I write obo my son. My son took out a Mastercare Contract whilst he had a job and worked and coyld afford it. My son lost his job an informned Mastercare about a Year ago to cancel the contract he had with them. They refused to cancel the contract. I have made a call to Mastercare and spoken to Danielle on Thursday 26 February 2026 again and explained his situation to Danielle and she said she understand the situation and will give it urgently through to Patience to cancel. After 26 February 2026 the same night an up to date the are STILL trying to take money off 2 times a day. In other words they are chasing up the costs for no funds and Mastercare are now forcing him due to this problem to close his bank account to stop them from trying to deduct anymore as they do not understand that he is unemployed and have no income. They just ignore us !!!!!!

Very Bad Service - We are paying a lot of Money for Medical Aid and cannot use it. I have been trying since Monday to buy a Wheelchair for my daughter who had a Foot Operation in both feet and cannot walk for the next 6 weeks. Sizwe Hosmed gave Authorisation and told me there are R16 000 funds available. Since Monday and after R100 airtime and so many calls we are still not helped. Today when I phoned Dischem to see if Claim went through I was told that Sizwe Hosmed said ther are NO FUNDS. Where is my fund of R16 000.00 since yesterday and today gone two????? Know I m sitting with a child that cannot walk and a Authiraisation that CANNOT BE USED!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I send emails we must wait 5 days?????????????????

Isabella Garcia was cancelled. If money comes into my bank account they take money of my account as they like. I have cancelled and they cannot refund me my R239.80 but keep on sending me vouchers which I do not want I want my money back and I also been to my bank whom called them but Isabella Garcia do not listen, I do not want their products. Up to date no one called me and still I did not get my money back Be very carefull of Isabella Garcia. I never received anything from them !!!!! I will never recommend Isabella Garcia to anyone never never never!!!!! They take your money but you NB never hear from them again.
We have an claim with Santam. Our vehicle is in for Attempted Theft. Santam took our Bakkie in for repairs and eversince we were treated as if we were the ********s in trying to ***** our own bakkie. We are now almost 2 weeks without our vehicle. ThevClaims handler said someone will contact us but we get NO REPLY from them, it keeps costing us in trying to get someonebto help us properly. We are very disappointed in the way we are treated by the arrogantbclaims handler. When will we get our bakkie back? Is it worth in having an Insurance with SANTAM???? When will we get our bakkiebback, we could off repaired it ourselves and been accused as an ******** ba SANTAM We do not have airtime to hold on for ever, if we hold on we get cut off.
Telkom deducted R1301 from our bank account and STILL threatning us they they did not get payment. They do not understand if you want to sort it out, the got the monthly premium but still threatning us
