The service is *******. I ordered solar panels on 6 May 2024. I paid same day. The last communication i received was "Order confirmed, payment recieved." Today is the 20th May 2024 and I have not received any communication further. The only time i get feedback is when i call them. I keep getting "ill check up on the order." "Ill follow up with the online sales." "Will get you a tracking number." But nothing. If they cannot fulfill my order then they should just refund me my money. Completely *******. The worst shopping experience. I will NEVER use this business and i would NOT recommend at all. Save yourself the trouble, there are MUCH better online shops out there.
I ordered a cinco panel and a victron energy solar charger. I received the panel first and the solar charger the next day. I think this should have been more clearly specified that there's a possibility i would not receive the two parts together given i ordered and paid for them together. But they were both on time and the panel is in working order. Yet to test the solar charger as i am waiting for the battery but the service so for has been good! No issues. Thank you :) the prices are great too!
I have been with FNB for 16 years. Ive always had good things to say about the bank. But I've recently moved to a new bank based on their weakness when it comes to dealing with unauthorized debit orders. They implemented a system called debiCheck which is meant to allow account owners to authorise debit orders taken out on their account, which is a great solution. Only, it does not work for all debit order types. So i get to authorise debit orders the bank creates on my account, yet when someone creates a fraudulent debit order and i ask why I wasn't made to authorise I'm told because the system does not require authorisation for all debit orders. SILLY! Worse, i have to pay FNB R40 to dispute a debit order that was opened in my name. So in fact FNB can make money off people stealing my money, the very service i use a bank to prevent and pay monthly fees for. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because FNB is still a great bank. I love their app, i love their rewards, but i can no longer sit there and allow them to not protect my money. Thats the whole reason we have banks.
Hd a very good experience with buying a new car battery during lockdown. Paid online, delivery was great and reliable, came 3 days later to Witbank.
