Is campus management aware of your impossible parking and traffic situation? Late for lectures the last two days, despite allocating AN HOUR prior to lecture to be able to park. This, after waiting on Graystone drive for over 40 minutes just to get into the entrance. Is this standard set by Emeris sufficiently adequate, in your opinion? Basic, pragmatic planning has clearly been overlooked in favour of accepting as many students as possible, despite not being able to provide the most obvious of facilities. Where are the sufficient entry/exit points to ease traffic on one of the already busiest roads in Joburg?? And where are the parking spaces for the number of students you have gladly enrolled along with your exorbitant fees? Does your institution have an actionable plan to address this very pertinent issue? Judging by the number of other disgruntled and angry students also trying to gain entry on time every day, I would recommend you address this issue with haste. What is the point of having a fancy campus with all the bells and whistles inside when nobody can get in there??
How can I speak to someone who may actually know *** is going on at this place? You delivered the wrong size item TWICE! You have ONE JOB TO FULFIL AN ORDER AND MESS IT UP TWICE??! Not. Good. Enough.
What is going on at Norwood branch?? No manager available to talk to. “Has an appointment.” Outside of branch, apparently. One teller open at month end. And gone “offline” twice in 2 days, had to wait over an hour only to be told I must come back another time?? What is going on there and who is responsible for this abysmal “service”?
I have been waiting TWO weeks for somebody to just respond to my emails and my messages to call me regarding a motor vehicle claim. CRICKETS. I am not even the FNB client, it’s a third party claim at the fault of their client and I cannot get the claim even acknowledged, let alone get my vehicle repaired. This is just abhorrent “service”. Get it together FNB wth
