Bad quality doors and aftersales service @ Leroy Merlin South Africa
We bought 9 of their 8 panel doors, which we recently installed. Once installed the panels started to move leaving gaps in the doors. I then contacted the head of department at Fourways but his response was not satisfactory. I then contacted head office via email and telephonic but NO RESPONSE!!!!Please refrain from buying anything from Leroy Merlin because their quality and aftersales service is not a match compared to Builders Warehouse or Chamberlains!!!!

NO GO!!!!! 24.7 Handy Husband
Our dream house turned into a disaster. Jacques from 27/4 Handy Husband over promised and totally underdelivered on the site that he was subcontracted to, his work is terrible!!! If you need to revamp or do any small job/alterations please think twice. We had to redo the plumbing, electrical and all the painting and they never paid the tilers. I also had to replace basin mixers that went missing. After he just left the site with a whole lot of excuses I tried contacting him but seldom he answered or returned my calls and in the end blocked my number! The short of the story, if you want to lose alot of money get 247 Handy Husband on site

No go!!!! 24/7 Handy Husband

SUPERSHOCKING SUPERSONIC
Can we please have someone to contact us from Supersonic. We are paying for something we do not have- FIBER !!!!!!!!! 8 days without fiber or any service or any help after holding the line for hours and NO LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is everybody on leave at Supersonic??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

No service Supersonic - SHOCKING
Again a week without Fiber and without service from Supersonic. we have logged how many calls and have hold the line for hours. They initially said 48hours ( that was on Monday ) we phoned Wednesday and Thursday and still we have no fiber ( no one called us as promised ). we are paying for a week but do not have the product!!!!! is anyone working at Supersonic or is everyone on leave??????????????????This is te second complaint in a month with them - a big frustration

Super shocking Supersonic
As we all know having fiber is suppose to make your life easier but not with Supersonic. We have to use Supersonic being the only provider in our area. On the 01 of June a courier dropped our Router. We used the WhatsApp chat to communicate to them. With no luck we started to phone them and with every call we need to hold the line min an hour to talk to someone. The first lady said that it will work in 15min - no luck. The next day after wasting time they said that it need to be configured using a laptop. We tried with no luck and getting an error. Phoning back again asking for assistance and they will get back to us- no response no technician!!!! so we are paying for our fiber from the 01 June with no WIFI or no assistance. How can you just drop a router at a door and offer no service. Where is the technician ????????????????????????????????????

Shocking or rather no service
On the 20th of May 2020 I phoned the cancellation line to cancel my contract with immediate effect. On the 01 of June I realized that it was not done and my contract is still running. After that I have made 2 calls to Vodacom to find out why this was done and they said I will receive feedback from management within 24hr. I am still waiting for feedback after trying to contact them numerous times and I have emailed them with no luck. Is there still somebody working at Vodacom??I will not pay on the 01 July because the last installment was suppose to be on the 01 June 2020 and this was not done.
