I recently had my car fixed by Denys Edwards. What a positive experience! They took less than the time estimated to return my vehicle and kept me up to date every day with photos of what was happening. The staff are very friendly and take pride in delivering a great service to the public. Having had a very bad experience before, I was delighted with their professional approach. Well done, guys!!
I recently had an issue with FNB closing my paid up home loan account without notifying me because I was in arrears on my service fee by R8. Phoning the helpline was a waste of time. Thank you to the manager of the Port Elizabeth Newton Park branch of FNB, Craig van der Bergh for helping me to log a complaint. What awesome service. You are a star!
To whom it may concern, Last year in October I signed on with Vodacom for fibre installation. The agent gave me the incorrect information regarding when our complex would be live. It caused me untold trouble as I cancelled my Telkom ADSL line based on this information. He told me that I would be able to get fibre in October last year which was completely incorrect as we have only just gone live a few weeks ago. I then cancelled my contract telephonically with Vodacom and reinstated my ADSL line. This was in October last year and they have a record of this cancellation. In December they tried to deliver a router to me and I once again told them that I had cancelled with them. In May when our fibre was installed, an ONT box was put in by Vodacom without my knowledge. I have since decided to go with another company, but Vodacom now wants to charge me the cancellation fee of R1 700 and refuses to give me a cancellation letter and number until I or the new company pays the cancellation fee. The new company I am dealing with says that Vodacom has done this before to another of their clients and that it is bad business practice. Is this ethical and legal and if not, are you able to investigate it for me? I would appreciate your response at your earliest convenience.
