Great service from Denys Edwardes
I recently had my car fixed by Denys Edwards. What a positive experience! They took less than the time estimated to return my vehicle and kept me up to date every day with photos of what was happening. The staff are very friendly and take pride in delivering a great service to the public. Having had a very bad experience before, I was delighted with their professional approach. Well done, guys!!

Great service from Denys Edwardes
I recently had my car fixed by Denys Edwards. What a positive experience! They took less than the time estimated to return my vehicle and kept me up to date every day with photos of what was happening. The staff are very friendly and take pride in delivering a great service to the public. Having had a very bad experience before, I was delighted with their professional approach. Well done, guys!!

Exceptional Service from Mike
Excellent service and assistance from Mike on 9th Feb 2022. Went in to request a quote and Mike gave us practical advice and went out of his way to assist. He has invaluable insight into the Insurance Industry and processes. We commend Mike for his exceptional efforts and recommend Deny Edwards as a company that provides real solutions and for being the only Bodywork firm in Port Elizabeth that issues life time guarantees of their work!

Excellent workmanship and amazing staff!
So impressed with the level of service I received at Denys Edwardes. From when I brought my car in for a quote, to the repair and collection. They kept me updated on the process of the repair every step of the way. Great sanitization processes which make you feel at ease. Bad service
They dont have anykind of service and dont keep you updated about procres on your car. If you contact them to find out about your car then they say they will come back to you. And then you hear nothing from them. When they give you a dead line when car will be done you can at another week to it. I still sit without my car and wonder if there service is so bad how bad will there work be. You cant complain about there service because there are no service. If you want to speak to the owner then they say he will contact back but he is the leader at his busness of bad service. Im just so sorry that the insurince companys work with them.

The customer service is outstanding and the repair of my Mini Cooper has been done in a perfect way. I can highly recommend this company

GOOD SERVICE!
I had an accident during my road trip to the Eastern Cape. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and professional manner in which Denys Edwardes handled the repairs to my car.
