We must register our delight at the outstanding service received from Antoinette and her team at Richter Funeral Home. At the time of my mom's passing the company provided efficient and dignified funeral services. Their charges were very reasonable. It now happened 3 years later that i needed a copy of the invoice we paid. Antoinette looked up and emailed a copy within minutes. We believe this effort, very pleasant demeanor and efficiency should be recognized and rewarded. We will recommend Richter Funeral Home, East London to all who ask.
Excellent service and assistance from Mike on 9th Feb 2022. Went in to request a quote and Mike gave us practical advice and went out of his way to assist. He has invaluable insight into the Insurance Industry and processes. We commend Mike for his exceptional efforts and recommend Deny Edwards as a company that provides real solutions and for being the only Bodywork firm in Port Elizabeth that issues life time guarantees of their work!
Rentokil PE quoted R3000 to fix a rat problem. We are helping a recently widowed friend who has 3 disabled children. In getting 3 check quotes the prices were all under R1000. One has provided a quick and effective service. On asking Rentokil why they quoted so much they said it is because they are a reputable company with branches all over the shop. So you must pay more for reliable service. There was no offer to amend their quote. Really?!! Just to put salt into the wound the company has a system where they withdraw the quote after a period of time. Just so you feel really welcome! We are NOT IMPRESSED and will not recommend Rentokil.
We must thank Johannes Spies of Vodacom Upgrades and request that his excellent customer service be acknowledged. Johan gave clear advice and explanations of Vodacom's upgrade and billing systems. Our questions were answered and we felt we were in capable, reliable hands. Many thanks for a really good experience!
Disappointed with Incredible Connection, Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth. Poor service. What began as a happy experience turned into much hand-wringing and gnashing of teeth. Trying to get a refund for an item they incorrectly sold was like a hostage negotiation. It took 4 visits before they acknowledged and paid up. All of this for a R900 charger! Feels like a it took a chunk out of my life and desire to live........!@#$! Pls give your staff some training in assessing what the customer needs rather than selling them only whats in stock. Driving me nuts
Does anyone actually work at Metraclark, Rustenburg. Either no one answers the phone or when they do they take so long to transfer to Sales that one just gives up. Are these people serious?
Could Telkomsa be any more useless? I have spoken to endless "customer service" agents with no effort being made to resolve the problem. I cannot setup an email account that I am paying for. First Telkom randomly deleted my email account after using it for years. Trust me no one at Telkom can even tell me where that account has gone. Of course when resubscribing the new account wont allow certain settings because of "another" account. That's the one they cant find! I'm at my wits end and intend to cancel the account once I've changed all of the accounts that use that address as the login. I simply cannot continue like this. I now believe in hell.
We are extremely disappointed with Premier Private Resorts. We were persuaded to move from Flexiclub to PPR for the "added benefits". Our family have been with Flexiclub and its predecessors for over 30 years and has been very happy with the relationship. Our first experience with PPR has been a disaster. The problem is an arbitrary increase in fees despite a clear contract in place and confirmed by a recorded quality check call. Absolutely NO ONE at PPR is willing to address the issue. We keep being told it will be escalated with neither replies nor interest shown. We are at the point of contacting our attorneys to spell this out more clearly to PPR. This has been an utter disappointment.
Turn 'n Tender Loftus Park disappointed in February. The meal was not of good quality and was overpriced. The blase attitude of the server left me simmering. Ribeye steak is priced as a high-quality cut but sadly widely missed that mark. The overall experience was poor.
