My credit card was going to expire 12/2020. As I did not receive a new card by beginning of December, I've send them a notification on the 10th of December 2020. After this I have received several messages from FNB, such as "Your complaint will be handled on high priority", "Your case has been forwarded to another department", etc. Now, seven weeks later and after expiring of the credit card, various reminders, nothing has happened. This is absolutely disgusting
I have ordered some items in December. They have sent a partial delivery and the remaining already paid items have still not been shipped. The webpage is offline, emails bounce back and nobody responds to telephone calls. So I think they have closed down their business and kept the money for the orders where they have collected the payment and not shipped the goods
The customer service is outstanding and the repair of my Mini Cooper has been done in a perfect way. I can highly recommend this company
Hertz SA charges fuel costs of R178, eventhough the tank has been fully filled up at a petrol station 10km before returning it. This is cheating the customer. Of course they do not answer any query in this regard. NEVER AGAIN with Hertz
