I've been to IT stores before and computer stores and a matrix store and i avoid them because i found them all to be expensive, rudely mannered, miserable and unhelpful. I went to Matrix at Blueberry square out of desperation because they were the only open store so late on a Saturday. I arrived about 40mins before close. After a long day at work (Matrix staff) they were all super friendly and i received a warm welcome. Saverino assisted me, and i was pleasantly surprised that the store had stock of the drive i needed And it matched my budget perfectly. Not only did Saverino assist me but he went beyond my expectations and gave me valuable advice and instructions how to install the drive and setup a computer. He was Friendly, warm, professional and made me feel at home. I returned to the same warm welcoming staff at the store a week later after my Desktop computer died on me after numerous problems. She was dead, like heading to the dustbin but i recalled Saverino's words when he said i must come back if i ever need help, well i did just that. I was welcomed by the same warm friendly staff and Saverino took me to the Technical department who Not only loaded my computer from my car, but accessed her AND fixed her in 5 minutes! Savvy the IT technician resurrected my computer which i thought was dead forever. He is a miracle worker and THE BEST Friendliest human and IT technician i have EVER come across in my 49 years on this earth. He then went above and beyond and repaired other issues i told him about that i had with the computer. He then Went a srep further and gave me a crash course in IT relating to my computer and a few problem solving tips. He then loaded my computer into my car for me. I left perhaps an hour before closing time hence they should have all been exhausted from the day, BUT Savvy and Saverino were still very polite, friendly and helpful. Moral of the story: BEST Service in the History of mankind, Best 'pocket friendly'affordable IT services and computer equipment/accessories and BEST IT Technician in the world! I walked in with a dead broken computer and in a bad mood, and i left feeling energized, happy And with a 100% working computer with a few upgrades! 5 Stars a million times over!
Heat Gen Long sleeve Vest and Pants is as cold as ice. The material has a constant ice feeling to it and i find it freezing in fact and not heat generating at all. I tried wearing it directly on my skin and then over a jersey and still, the ice feeling just penetrates through. Temperature is 10 degrees and 20 in the afternoon and i'm frozen solid. It was a total waste of R 600 and i can't return it cause i paid cash and the slip is in the bin :(

Not only have i seen how much abuse these 3 girls endure by unhappy clients frustrated that they are not able to take returns without the clients logging the return; and seconds or during the abuse, they look up, greet you and assist you in Seconds, with a Smile Real true smiles from the heart! My pickup experience has been The best service i have ever received in my lifetime. You receive your goods in seconds! Seconds- i have timed it! And the 3 girls are so caring, warm, professional and friendly, it is just my happy place i have realized that i order more often now, just so i can go to my happy place Today i walked in, and they greeted me by Name!! They took the time to view and remember my details. i feel beyond special! i love takealot, the convenience, the pricing and above all, the takealot pickup point staff at Randridge Mall! I had a change of heart when i walked into Cape Union Mart Cresta Centre after i felt the first jacket that caught my eye as i found it to be very thin and not what i expected. As i was about to leave, a super kind and friendly sales guy approached me by the name of Thamsaqa Saula. I told him i was about to leave and gave him my reason and he actually laughed, and assured me that K-Way is a superior brand and even though the jacket is thin i will be amazed at the warmth it provides. Well, after 10 minutes in the store i walked away with a jacket, socks, thermal underwear top, shoes, the works all because of one man Thamsaqa Saula who was That Good! and i can not be happier. I am super warm, like really really warm. I highly Recommend K-way's down jackets for winter and all of their thermal products and should you decide to invest in warmth this winter, do make a turn at Cresta and ask for Thamsaqa Saula - He is Good, Kind, Friendly, Very Knowledgeable with all products in store AND he even spoke a bit of Afrikaans (my language) Thank you K-Way for Superior products / Clothing Thank you Cape Union Mart Cresta for a beautiful store stocked to the brim Thank you Thamsaqa Saula for your kind, friendly, prompt assistance and advice! Econo Foods Northgate: I placed an online order on the 5th of March 2024 @ 11:40:49 (Your Order Number Is: 128726) for same day delivery as advertised. When i called @ 16h30 to find out where my delivery was, i was told that the vehicle broke down in Fourways and delivery will only be next day. I received my delivery 6 March 2024 around 12h00 i placed my order in the work freezer straight away, and transported it home in a cooler box filled with ice blocks to keep the cold chain in tact. When i got home, it was all put in the freezer. ATLANTIS BATTERED CRISPY BAKE ACBB-B 1 R 159.99 GRAINFIELD IQF CHICKEN BREAST FILLETS NGFBFB 1 R 299.99 above products i ordered expiry date is end 2024 That same night, 6 March i made 4 Atlantis Battered crispy bakes in the oven. Instructions said 20 minutes on 200 but after 20 minutes it was still slimy. i then baked it for another 20 minutes. When i ate one, i noticed the texture is slimy still and the fish was grey / light brown and not white and fluffy as it should be. I gave my dogs the other pieces who refused to eat it. I became horribly ill a few hours later, and could not go to work at all the next day/s because i was so ill, and have been struggling with food poisoning symptoms for a week now. I emailed Econo Foods to notify them that the fish they delivered was off and that the chicken looks off too and i believe the cold chain was broken as it had to have been defrosted and then just simply frozen again - the chicken pieces have thick layers of ice over it and it's yellow and yucky. I even sent them pictures of the baked fish for them to see i emailed on the 7th of March multiple times and on the 8th - i emailed Econo Foods Northgate as well as the head office and they just bluntly ignored me. NO Response what so ever and i am sitting with a R494.98 food loss and medicine bills due to the fact that they delivered food that was not edible. That was my food for the month, now i am left with no food and no money! I find their service disgraceful as well as their products.
