I received the most terrible service at Mintys tyres Steeldale. The guy by the name of Muhammed sajjaad haffejee treated me so bad to poirn were he was swearing at me and obe of the guys who was helping with my tyre Joe, I leftthe shop because of the I'll treatment but Joe ran after me and said he will help me no matter what,but Mahhumed called him in the office and swore at him, came out of the office still swearing saying "she mustn't ****ing come in my shop with nonsense. Joe cam to and told me it's ok he'll still help me and I must ignore it. When Joe was done as I was leaving Mahhume shouted "Don't ever ****ing come back here" Is that how Mintys treats it's customers?or treat women? This was a horrible experience and Mahhumed has a bad attitude towards customers and the workers.
Cecilia assisted me swiftly,very professional. I like that she also followed up to check if I was ok. Best service from her.
The place is beautiful, but unfortunately we received the worst treatment from one of the Staff members. From the moment we walked in, we greeted here she kept quite, when we ordered just threw everything on the table, I went to the reception to report her after she gave us a false name. In the morning we greeted her she ignored us, we tried again to talk to her she just gave us attitude. We then found out from other staff members that she is like that and her attitude is always bad, her name is Julia. She made our stay very uncomfortable.
Bad service at its best... I bought couches cash on the 26th of August at House and home in Alberton from a Lady called Fezeka... I explained to her that I have my own truck and I will collect on the 29th in the morning as the couches are going to the free state. Monday morning I call the lady she ignores my call until I send her WhatsApp asking why is she ignoring me, only for her to tell me the couches were given to another customer by mistake. She said I must give her 30min for the warehouse to deliver. I went to the stores only to be told that their bakkie broke down, I had to go collect at the warehouse myself, when I get there the couches are not sprayed with the guard spray I paid 500 for.... I then was told to go back to the store and collect the spray and spray couches myself which was not the agreement. I am frustrated with this service as I had to pay extra for the truck I hired. I wish to be compensated for this awful experience and bad service I got from Fezeka and the store in general.
Horrible experience... The Dr was on his phone, did check my file and so did not notice that I had a referral letter from a GP. HE just checked one ear then gave me a solution, he then just wrote a referral letter. I don't think he took time to listen to me and what brought me there, I left feeling worse, with no answers no solution but paid 1000. Wouldn't recommend him.
I ordered from Burger King Lambton on Uber eats... The order was alright till I opened the wings, they were black, literally burned!! I'm so disappointed
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* KFC *Review:* I ordered and paid online, waited for 3 hours and no delivery, I called the KFC LAMBTON store where the order was and they kept hanging up the phone. I then called customer care who then told me there was no driver assigned so I will not get the order, this is 3 Hours later!!! Then the agent named Thabiso, said since I had already paid he will refund me with a voucher, he will send via sms after the call. It's the next day and I still haven't received the voucher, I call customer, hold, explain, then they hang up. Nobody is assisting me with the voucher right now. Even KFC's customer care. Please assist.
I bought Eyewear with a price tag of 99.99 when I got to the till it was 199. 99,the cashier called the manager and we went where I took the glasses and the price was 99.99...I believe because it was the store's mistake in to changing the price tag, I should buy with the price I saw. The Manager Ferguson Phasha, immediately was dismissive, argumentative, irritated and did not want to resolve the matter. I found him very rude, I asked for another manager, he told me he is the manager so basically I want to report him to himself. I left without the glasses and no solution. Can Dischem look into because as a regular customer there, I'm very disappointed.
I was Assisted by Kurt Keough regarding my policy schedule, he was super friendly,professional, very patient and made me understand clearly.He answered all my questions to his best ability. It was Really great being assisted by him.
The consultant was very patient and accurate. Great service.
