Evening, I have recently bought tyres at TWT and bought the Bridgestone brand. It’s been a month driving with these Turanza RFT and experienced loud tyres noises which I went back to tiger wheel and tyres to complain, this was escalated to Bridgestone rep after multiple calls without a response. I also raised this on their customer email bsaf.sales@bridgestone.co.za with very little support. Tiger had to intervene and they sent me a technician named Victor who came to my work place and touched the tyre, checked pressure while the car is stationary, then gave a recommendation for the tyre to be rotated( at that time bmw m sport uses 2 different tyres, front and back) . So Bridgestone sent an inexperienced guy to manage a claim. Instead of meeting me at Tiger and doing a proper check like any other brands would he came to touch my tyre. I bought this tyre and would not problem solve their issues and will not put alternatives to ensure this tyres doesn’t make a noise, they need to resolve their manufacturing defect not expect a customer to aid this their bad tyre. I wouldn't recommend Bridgestone to anyone if you want to get customer service. Do not buy the tyre as you will be dealing with *********** sales personals including a technical team that doesn’t know their own tyres. His excuse was that he works with trucks, then why did they send him.
Hi Vodacom, I am not going to continue to reverse the debit order after I have called in time to cancel the contract when it ended. Please I suggest anyone who is trying to contract with Vodacom to immediately choose another network provider. Vodacom try’s to deduct even after contract end. Till today they still see the need to try deduct.
I keep talking to the same bad service personal in the retention department, she doesn’t want to pass me to any one but her useless self. I want to cancel this contract as it ends end of this month. She’s got an attitude and expects me to listen. This network try’s to hold customer hostage. @vodacom I’m fine with your service, I don’t want to be your customer can we get this **** sorted. The lady who was working today doesn’t know her work. She even states that retention isn’t customer service so they don’t need to treat us right. Find the recordings cause you state you record. I want this contract cancelled. If not I will personally stop it at the bank
Most irritating network provider, I cannot cancel their contracts because they have made it very difficult to get hold of cancellation. They have been deducting from a 2 year contract even after its completed the same price of the handheld, they are ********. They do not give an option to put an id and when I put their useless cellphone number it states it’s cancelled. Only way is to go raise this query to my bank and consult with my legal cover. They are terrible and a bunch of ********s
Morning, I had a query around my policy details Ann’s cover. In the current economy you want to be sure you are putting money in the correct places and also that you are covered in case of ******** activities that have increased in SA. The increase in hijacking and other various crimes you need to be sure you are taken care of. I have bought a down jacket May 2019 and had to return the jacket due to heavy lose of feathers around July 2019. Winter was done, now I need to wear the jacket I am told I should send it in for 2 months to get a manufacturing issue repaired. How is it my issue as a customer that the jacket is not up to its Quality standard? The stitches are going off and I should now suffer for this? I only worn this twice. If I damaged it and I had to send to repairs il understand. But I have not damaged it and I didn't buy this jacket so it can spend time most of its time. In winter at the outlet.
