Don't even bother booking anything with this company. 1. Rude, lazy, and unbothered with customer care. I waited for 1hr30min for help, The parking spot I was allocated to was occupied and they did nothing about it. I had to find some random empty slot and pray to God that I don't get parked in for the weekend when I needed to leave. 2. Terrible communication, out of the 8 people from the WhatsApp group I got added too, for communication purposes. I could not get a hold of any of them. Oh I tried calling the host and co-host. No answer and no call back. When I asked for help in said group. No one was even bothered. 3. The Wifi did not work for the entire weekend, I kindly notified them in my upset state, still unbothered. I asked if it could be sorted in the morning/afternoon so I could prepare for my workshop presentation. They did not even check to see if the parking mess was sorted. It was the worst Airbnb experience. Good luck if you ever get an Airbnb booking with this company.
I am very upset. This company is a scam and steal money from your account. After not being happy with the product I received, I decided to cancel my account two months ago. I got charged R999 this month for nothing. I am still waiting for an agent to call me. Can someone please comment if you know their customer support number.
I have never been soo disappointed by a company like this before. I made two orders for two of my best friends who share the same birthday. I thought they would get home and have the best birthday EVER. But thanks to Netflorist I was unable to share in their joy. They only sent me an email the day after the date of deliver that there was a delay and that they will only deliver my goods on the 22nd of June when they were supposed to deliver my goods on the 18th. Using lockdown as an excuse is not on. This type of bad service is not on.
