I was helped within 10 minutes telephonically and within 30 minutes my car was picked up. They were friendly and very helpful
LAUDIUM BRANCH We order regularly both from Mr D and in for collection. The quality of the food is not consistent. A haloumi wrap is always ordered and 3/5 times there was hardly any haloumi. However yesterday's experience was the worst. We placed a telephonic order and arrived within 15 minutes to fetch it. The food was ice cold. Both wraps. Like it had been in the refrigerator and had to be warmed in the microwave to be eaten. Once again there was hardly any haloumi. Because it was now the 3rd time experienced this we phoned the store to let them know that we weren't happy. We were told that we will be called back. We were not called back within 15 minutes so we called back only to be told that they are waiting for the manager. It is now a day later and we've not been contacted. We did not expect much from the fall but just to make them aware of the quality of food but even am through the call they seem uninterested and did not attempt to find out about the situation.
Brought my grandfather to the bank to enquire about an email sent. Because of his age and lack of understanding when it comes to technology he had to be accompanied so I could explain the problems as he does not fully complain. Before given a chance to state the issue it before I was even greeted I was told to leave and go stand outside. The clerk refused to hear that my grandad could not provide the information she needed on his own. She continued to be rude and refused to listen to the actual problem. I left to stand a distance away and I could hear how she could not even address the issue he was having. Instead she wasted time telling him information we already had from using the app.
Cell c offers cell c to cell c minute bundles. I have purchased this 3 times not to be specific I've purchased the 240 minutes for 30 days and each time before even a week has passed I've been told I have insufficient funds even though I did not make calls that would sum up to 240 minutes. Yesterday I purchased the same bundle hoping the first 2 times I was wrong. This morning I was told I have insufficient funds. Barely 24 hours later and I have not made 4 hours worth of calls in a day.
