Complain Ipop / ccvme depertment
I am not happy at all.i am so tired nd disappointed with.ccvme team and Ipop team.i put a claim 3 weeks ago.still today nothing happened.when I ask questions no one answers correctly.no one wanna take a blame .who is responsible for this .i dont a courtesy car,when I ask for courtesy car I was told I can’t have it.because I didn’t buy a Suzuki or chery. Wow I was not told before I buy a car this wil heppnd.so what is a reason to have a warranty.if they can’t able to assist me.this 2 company they don’t take me seriously or care about me a a customer.

My car Opel corsa eco flex model 2016 it’s finance by absa today I received a call from absa they asking me for a letter ✉️ that proof that I have a car insurance policy.ok no problem.then I ask the lady who called me.i told her I have a problem with the car vin number.when every time I try to place a order to buy a part eg brake pad they ask me for vin number that is woloxep68f4228947 every time I they tell me they can’t pick it up ⬆️ and I try to call AA automobile association to check for me .some thing they can’t get it..then I ask the lady why you absa selling me a car that can’t be pickup on the system.what wil I do is I get arrested.the lady said they are not there problem.i must be the one who check it before I buy the car.i was like wow 😮 really 🤔

I am Thabo Tapi id number 8803146271084.i borth a car 2weeks so I look for insurance I find pineapple.so I submit to the bank .for my car nd the bank refused to take pineapple insurance.then I when nd look for other one .my complain is tht pineapple took th money from my account today R1500 I want to know why .i didn’t insured with guys pls I want my money back

I am Thabo Tapi I'd 8803146271084 I have a contract with vodacom I took it on April. I signed for R244, first month I took it second month I was told I need to pay R362. 09 for what I was told before of 25th is on weekend. Wow this month I got invoc R1257. 75 I need to pay it. I called them I was told thy put me on open line. I ask who told to put me on open line. Why now u put me on open line. Bec tht was not on my contract. I only pay for a phone nothing more. Who Wil pay this money bec I didn't agree with you vodacom. I wanna cancel my account. Now

To be true I am not happy at all.whn comes to Dstv multi choice.i am in this darkness it’s because of my children this why I stil paying Dstv . Today .th service is 🤮thy Dnt customer service.its all about money to them.

Wow Its show me R747. 53 I call them to explain to me how did I get in to tht amount. Thy cnt explain. Bec I did invin ask them to check my previous month how much I was paying thy cn see I was paying R555. Last month this month is my last month of my 24 months contract thy didn't call me to check if I stil want it or wht do I wanna do to my account. Now thy telling me it's for service.

Morning last month I paid full amount at Lewis store at lenasia ext 1 my I’d 8803146271084 number 0781178201.so I was busy with applying car finance.I was told need to get a letter from Lewis tht say I have paid them in full .so I call th nd email thn .it’s seems thy is a problem dnt did snd me my letter.I call again today thy give numbers for legal does not go tru.so now .I cnt do anything .cnt apply for car .but end of the day I did pay Lewis account in full.

I'm Thabo Tapi whn I was online looking for a car dealer I saw Parkview auto. I ask them abt installment car. This parson was so rude to me. She/he said to me on this number 0825934437 th first message was with company number on WhatsApp. As I copied ****ing asshole, we dnt do finance ND it clearly states tht neither did I ask u buy a my car shame u goy no cush ****ing ass your mother black ****** pies learn to read ******. Shame take tht steel wool hair of yours go scrub dishes maybe u Wil have something ******.

I dnt have a electric at my house for 11 days now. So how did I use th wifi router if is off. For 11day. To be true I regret th day I took this deal.
