Shocking service..... This was an insurance claim. What a joke they turned up over an hour late, then 5 1/2 hours later they still trying to fix the alarm system. 2 phone calls and a you tube video later he claims they done. I then ask if I am not supposed to key my pin number into the replaced system in order for it to be effective. Ummmmm, he forgot. They have been back twice to fix what they messed up.... so lets see if we have an alarm that works tonight or not. Run for your life from these guys, they are not worth the stress involved.
I have never come accross a more unhelpful call center agent when I called about an internet banking issue I am having. The agent Emily refused to give a reference number to my call. I was told to use her name and the call time of 16.27 (8 December 2021)
I placed an order on 29 May. Delivery date 12 June as items had to be shipped. Then delivery date moved to 22 June, no explanation. An item got cancelled. Delivery moved to 29 June no explanation again. Call the call center... the message tells you they open from 10.00am - 6.00pm on a Saturday by no answer. I am not impressed, no communication, shocking service, I am just wondering what else will be cancelled during the month it is taking them to deliver. Not even an apology for the bad service!!! They don't want to hear from you either as contact details are not easily available!!!!
