Thanks Due to an internal admin error on your side, my deal above was not fulfilled. My account has been debited R595 this morning. as per the above sms, I should only be charged R535, no extra charge. When will this be rectified? Nicole 082 859 6414
I am a loyal customer of Florida Junction Pharma value. I order exactly the same medicine every month without fail and have asked them to ensure my monthly medicine is in stock. However, Saturday 15 April, they had no stock of my Budep, Yellate, Eltroxin and Prexum and they owe me some Arizofy. By the following Thursday still no stock. I was without my blood pressure meds for 5 days. I could have has a stroke. This is highly dangerous and risky to my health. This is unacceptable. Not to mention being without my psychiatric meds. There was also no alternative in stock. Your stock levels are appalling. It is a hassle for me to go to another pharmacy. Again this month ..I just went to the pharmacy..27 May.. and they do not have my psychiatric meds in stock. Johan from operations assured me last month they would have my medicine. They do not. They blame head office. My emails to Johan bounce back because his mail box is full
Order 202720080092 I ordered a couch on 24 August, to be delivered to the Mr Price Home Retail Crossing branch in Ruimsig, Roodepoort. I received an email from Mr Price on 25 August saying my couch is being shipped. Today, 10 September, after many many calls to the Mr Price call centre, emails to help@mrp.com, calls to the store, and extremely unhelpful watsapp conversations to their watsapp customer service line, my couch has still not arrived. I received an email on 8 September to say my couch will be delivered on 9 September. It has still not been delivered on 10 September. How is this acceptable? I am so appalled by the way Mr Price has treated me as a customer. I have received no help from any of their channels or explanations for the delay and feel so frustrated, I am close to cancelling my order and wanting a full refund.
My cheque card has still not been delivered. My team of online bankers are consistently completely and utterly unhelpful. They first told me to wait 3-7 working days, so I did. Then, they told me to just wait for the courier company to phone me! Obviously this is completely unhelpful and unacceptable. I already had to resort to phoning the FNB call centre who put me through to UTI, because my team of online bankers keeps giving me completely unhelpful answers. Joseph from UTI informed me that FNB will charge me an ADDITIONAL fee in order to get my card delivered tomorrow. But this is 7 working days as per FNB's promise in writing and what the Consultant told me when I was in the branch over 7 working days ago, ordering a new card. Please advise as to why I must pay an additional fee?!! This is ridiculous and absurd and I will absolutely not accept any additional fee. I am taking my business to another bank.
