Glen Ballad has good quality products, with very helpful and friendly staff!!
I am totally impressed by the service i received from the Glen Marais (Glen Ballad) branch , from the first day i came in, i was welcomed by friendly staff special mention to Hope who assisted me sourcing my beautiful coffee table and the manager who went the extra mile of ensuring i receive my delivery on the promised date, They waited until I came back from work at 6:30 pm , they delivered at 7pm when the shop closes at 5pm, if that is not going an extra mile for your customers, i do know what is. , Thank you for making my shopping experience amazing!!, I am definitely coming back to buy more furniture

I got ****med at MTN boulders
You guys hired a bunch of ****mers at your boulders branch , they charged me R50 for a service that costs R5 , they didn’t want me to swipe but they demanded cash , what makes it it even worse I did not fully get the service I was looking for

The service I have received is disappointing, I have been sending emails regarding my claim and I do not get any feedback from you guys, I have been calling and I am put on hold for more than an hour, you really take your customers for granted!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am very disappointed with your customer care service,i bought x6 1 litre full cream milk, and the BB date is the 25th of June, i used one box and then noticed that it has lumps that normally occur when the milk has gone of, i sent you emails with the attached picture of the milk and have not yet heard any response from you guys, i am bitterly disappointed because i have to throw away the rest of the bottles and have wasted a lot of money!!!, their silence on this matter makes me think that they do not care and do not mind losing me as their their customer
