Avoid buying from Duravit if you want support
I originally chose Duravit for style and quality. And a good international reputation. Unfortunately that does not translate to South Africa. Although they’re not cheap either. Their customer service is non existent and they were completely unwilling to refund a basin that has a manufacturing error (crack). They weren’t even prepared to have a 3rd party review it so they could be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit. I’ll never buy Duravit again and discourage anyone else from doing so.

Nooit was daar druk om duurder versekeing te koop as nodig nie. Aansluiting was maklik en ook om te kanselleer was maklik. Beveel hulle sterk aan.

Don't EVER do business with Webafrica
Absolutely shocking, I will NEVER do business with them again. Absolutely no support, in fact, it is breach of contract. See you in court.

Excellent experience - recommend it for sure
I was recommended Rain by a friend. Selecting and ordering the package was simple, delivery was quick despite the current delays with some couriers. Setup of the router and app were simple, as well as connecting my devices. So far the speed and coverage has met my expectations. After a customer service call a question was addressed and responded to within minutes. Absolutely perfect service. Can recommend it wholeheartedly.
