Fault resolved through excellent service.
Had a fault with a soft close toilet seat. Reported it on Wednesday which was a public holiday. A representative came to check the item on the following Monday and the item was replaced on Tuesday. The fault was apparently not something that had been reported before. Excellent service. I will probably stick to Duravit for all our future sanitary ware requirements.

Avoid buying from Duravit if you want support
I originally chose Duravit for style and quality. And a good international reputation. Unfortunately that does not translate to South Africa. Although they’re not cheap either. Their customer service is non existent and they were completely unwilling to refund a basin that has a manufacturing error (crack). They weren’t even prepared to have a 3rd party review it so they could be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit. I’ll never buy Duravit again and discourage anyone else from doing so.

GREAT SERVICE from ROB
I'm a CPT-based client. I had an old faulty inlet valve in my cistern. I called DURAVIT. Rob was OUTSTANDING in finding a solution & resolving my situation. What a fantastic ambassador for his brand! This is the type of service that makes customer loyalty a real thing !

I had a problem with a toilet which was a Duravit product, contacted Waterways through whom I purchased the product, I was informed that Duravit guarantee their products and a call was raised via the supplier. Two days later Shane from Duravit contacted me and arranged to come to my house , He arrived when he said he would(so unusual for any supplier) and fixed the problem. Brilliant service

I had a problem with a toilet which was a Duravit product, contacted Waterways through whom I purchased the product, I was informed that Duravit guarantee their products and a call was raised via the supplier. Duravit delivers great service!
We were refurbishing 2 new bathrooms in our house - we chose Duravit for the quality of their products and the wide variety of bathroom appliances and ideas. Angelique, a sales lady, was at all times friendly, informative and gave great ideas. She was also very patient as my wife could not make up her mind regarding certain combinations etc. We eventually decided on the various fittings for the bathrooms. As most of it would be coming from overseas we were always kept updated as to the arrival date etc. It is only when we finished with our second bathroom that we realised that the incorrect bath was ordered, delivered and installed- it would seem there was a miss communication between our requirements and that which was delivered. Angelique quickly assisted and a brand new bath was ordered at no extra cost. This to be swapped with the original incorrect one. I can recommend Duravit for great service given.
