carsmagnet.fr is a SCAM
Must be a scam. Online order placed in Jan 2022. It is now June 2022. Despite responses from the company that items are delivered, they are not. They claim order is under investigation. Then they don't reply at all. Emails have stop being answered. Avoid this company.

GREAT SERVICE from ROB
I'm a CPT-based client. I had an old faulty inlet valve in my cistern. I called DURAVIT. Rob was OUTSTANDING in finding a solution & resolving my situation. What a fantastic ambassador for his brand! This is the type of service that makes customer loyalty a real thing !

MTN BLACK FRIDAY DISASTER
Did a Black Friday Special upgrade with MTN. They have not given me the Voice Minutes that were advertised in the special. For 3 months they have been taking my money, but not giving me my Voice Minutes. Can't get anyone from MTN to assist. Store tries, but all escalations have amounted to nothing. I expect a phone call from MTN 1) to resolve their mistake ASAP 2) to apologise 3) to offer me compensation for the Voice Minutes I have paid for, yet never received !
