Glen Eagles Builders Warehouse is very fortunate to have Ashley Adams working for them , we purchased all their stock of curtain brackets and matching rods but needed 3 extra brackets, other stores supposedly had these brackets in stock, tried the other stores and guess what the 'stock' wasn't available, Ashley phone around and it appears the product was discontinued. I needed the brackets to match up with rest of the house. Not only did Ashley manage to trace the brackets he contacted me when they arrived so I could fetch them. He has been helpful, efficient , and professional , not the general type of service one gets at Builders, Thank you Ashley Adams.
Mtn are allowing fraudsters access to their systems, I received a call from a so called Mtn consultant , he had all my Mtn account details, cell no , info about a sim i have for data etc, they were able to generate a OTP on the MTN platform to trigger a required response from me the end user. How can this be described as secure, if one response to the consultant(you shouldn't) you become a victim of fraud, why do these have access to the Mtn systems to initiate the process in the first place?
How can DSTV justify charging the same subs when they remove some of the only watchable channels such as 123, and then still continue other pathetic channels i.e 124 etc. During lockdown subs should have been reduce by 50%, especially since according to DSTV live sport is one of their main costs(there hasn't been live sport for weeks). Repeat after me...….
I had a problem with a toilet which was a Duravit product, contacted Waterways through whom I purchased the product, I was informed that Duravit guarantee their products and a call was raised via the supplier. Two days later Shane from Duravit contacted me and arranged to come to my house , He arrived when he said he would(so unusual for any supplier) and fixed the problem. Brilliant service
Recently got topsoil/compost delivered , since spreading my lawn has become one large patch of ****s, they do warn that the topsoil could have some ****s, but to this extent is unacceptable.

How can the Holiday Club justify levy increases of more than 13% year on year for the last 3 years. All other 'businesses' have to trim and do things better and cheaper bring down cost but Holiday Club obviously are not.

Owners must have some avenue to dispute these outrageous increases?

Contacted the golf course to play on Thursday and there were unlimited tee-off time available. it cost R800 for two students to play a round. Golf course under utilized , no one playing.
Owners currently have to put their hands in their pocket to keep the golf course because not enough people play on the golf course.
Owners wake up, more and more levies to pay.
How do Holiday Club justify a 13% levy increase in this economic climate. Holiday Club increases the levies by any amount and point owners have no way of challenging this, it's time to do things better, cheap, become more efficient instead of just getting 'your customers' to pay more.
