On 25/12/2025 I requested on the app and added my bank card as a payment method. That trip went well. On 26/12/2025 I requested again, they debited my account twice and then reversed one amount. When the driver arrived he said the payment was not reflecting on his side. He also pointed out that my payment method was changed to cash. I ended paying the driver cash. I have sent countless messages to them and have been receiving robot responses with the same nonsensical message.
I would like to Turfmaster for excellent service, I paid for my machines on Saturday and by Tuesday they were couriered to me. They are great condition too
They gave a false reference to the agency I was applying for accommodation with and they put deductions on my deposit refund which they didn't notify me about before hand.
I received excellent service from Dipuo Hans as I struggling with connecting my Rain sim card to my router. My internet is now up and running and quite fast I must say. Thank you Rain and Dipuo Hans
