I paid R8000 for a gearbox to Paul I still have not received my gearbox and I am not getting any reply from them. I opened up a ***** case against the company.

I bought a Ryobi Lawnmower From Builders Warehouse Newcastle KZN . It was under warranty when I have send it for repairs. They Refuse to repair certain components and asked me to pat R2200 for the lawnmower to be repired. More expensive than the actual purchase price of the machine? Inacceptable.

Sasol Kngs Newcastle KZN
After visiting Sasol for a routine check to check the water, the cap wasn't put back on and the engine seized.This happened in Feb at the Sasol Kigs in Newcastle. It is now end of June and the car is still not properly fixed for they won't take ownership of what they did and how it affects my work which is travelling. How disappointed I am and will never support them again.
