How do you complain to this company to reach anyone who will listen or give a S H 1 T. TIA for any help you can give.
My husband and I recently upgraded our credit cards to "Black" so we could use airport lounges. After a series of rather tragic circumstances, we found ourselves in Port Elizabeth airport only to be told we had not spent enough in the previous month (September) to warrant entry. Our average spend with Discover c/c is +/—R20,000 pm, but it so happened that in September, we were overseas as someone's guests and had only spent R1,500. This seemed to us as very mean-spirited and certainly not something we had been made aware of when we upgraded. Once again Discovery disappoints.
Re: Mama Mia in Johannesburg. Their web site gives dates when tickets are available but is not responsive when you try to book. And Checkers have been told they cannot sell for this show. Can anyone help please.
Unable to cancel. Does anyone know how? The instructions they give are misleading, there is no 'Cancel Membership' link as they say.
Think carefully about spending your money with this company. It all looks legit until the final delivery to the country in which the buyer lives then they are unable to tell you the local delivery company.
My wife and I contacted via email Travelstart refunds on Sunday late afternoon, never expecting a reply until at best the following day, when low and behold we received a reply - not just an automated response - from Naasief Leonard with the hour. This is truly great service, and all through the refund process (due to Covid 19) they have been helpful and clear in their responses.
