Excellent service!
Had such a great experience at Cape Union Mart in Fourways mall. A special thanks to Musa for being attentive, while at the same time giving us space to shop at our leisure.

Very poor service from Mahindra Hatfield after-sales service
I received the worst possible service by the staff at Mahindra Hatfield. The car I bought had multiple issues, and it was such a difficult experience trying get it all sorted out. They never let me know what was going on, and it was always up to me to chase them up. They got so many things wrong in the process, which just added to the frustrations. What should have been a nice experience has turned into a nightmare. I am shocked at how poorly they managed my issue. Only one staff member bothered to apologise, while everyone else just dismissed me like I was an inconvenience. If you need a car take your money somewhere else.

Recent service query resolved
My call with Bafana was satisfactory and the issue is hopefully resolved. 2 Issues of concern however. 1) The issue I was dealing with should have been resolved the first time I called in, which was not done. 2) The line was very bad so I could not hear the caller on the other side effectively.
