I searched for providers through Hippo and decided to submit an enquiry with PluxNet, it's been 24hours already and still NO ONE HAS MADE CONTACT with me. Imagine how bad the customer service will be once you're signed on as a client if they don't even bother to contact new enquiries that could turn out to be a potential client??????
0Stars😡🤬 I cancelled my contract with Metro Fibre because their service was TERRIBLE, but apparently, the nightmare continues even after you leave. They collected my router on January 31st. Today, nearly two weeks later, I’m getting emails asking me to "schedule a collection" for the equipment they already have. It is clear their internal systems are a mess. If you value your time and don't want to spend your weeks chasing up a company that can’t even track their own hardware, look elsewhere. Absolute administrative chaos. Save yourself the headache and go with a provider that actually has their act together.

Not even worth any stars! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! I'm so fed up with Rain & the bad, no wait, NON-EXISTING service!! Customer service doesn't answer, submit an online enquiry to support, get an automated response BUT NO ONE ACTUALLY CALLS BAC****!!!!!
