I was hit by a small stone that gave my windscreen a chip. I called Outsurance when I reached my office. Within an hour a subcontractor, My Glass, called and setup an appointment to fix. The repair was done on Friday, 21 March. Job done to my satisfaction at my house1 reply

Job well done
I had a blocked drain and Thabiso Molepo assisted by taking the call and details. Soon afterwards he checked if the service provider had already phoned and followed the matter until it was resolved. The matter was completely resolved in less than 2hrs. Many thanks and keep it up1 reply

Served Mixed Nuts with Best Before Date of May2013
I was Served Mixed Nuts with Best Before Date of May 2013 on the 13 May 2015. I wrote a report, handed it to the flight with contact details and never received any feedback nor apology from the airline. This happened on my way from Gaborone Botswana to OR Tambo at 17:20.<br> <br>0 replies
