Complaint regarding unemployment insurance fund
I submitted my documents at Mogwase Labour on the 3rd of October 2024 (everything was approved) and I also signed my application for benefits on the 28th of October 2024. My second continuation benefits I was signed on the 25th of November 2024 and not even single payment received. I decided to call UIF call center several times but still no luck. They are saying they will escalate my matter and nofity their management too but still no payment received. No feedback received from UIF and reference number [CASE ID: C-20241101-002981] C-20241101-002981. I inquire about my credit days but still no feedback received, reference number Ticket Reference Number: C-20241101-002981 | Case Issue: Remaining payment days. Due to it was saying no payment registered on USSD and no history payment on online uFiling I tried to go further by submitting my application for benefits online at uFiling on the 13th of November 2024 but it was only modified on the 19th of November 2024 and continuation for benefits on the 27th of November 2024. Online case number for application for benefit is 40010213989. I did follow up via email several times and also calling call UIF center but still no payment and feedback received. Unemployment insurance application Iam tired of your poor service. I app**** for unemployment insurance on the 1st of November 2024. I follow up with you so many times and you promised that you are still busy and you will get back to me after 7 working days as on your system it shows that claim insurance team is working on it. Last feedback I received from you on 14th Of November 2024 you said: Kindly note that while the claim is in assessment, the collections department will make contact for an arrangement until the claim has been finalized. I follow up with you so many times and you promised that you are still busy and you will get back to me after 7 working days as on your system it shows that claim insurance team is working on. After so many follow ups I did with you through telephonically and e-mail on the 18th of November 2024 via WhatsApp you send me WhatsApp saying you did not receive documents. Vehicle registration number HTB 337 NW: Reporting unprofessional activities and Harrasment done by your Boitekong taxi association patrollers.
Good morning, Sir or Madam I hope this email finds you well I would like to report harassment and unprofessionalism done by your Boitekong taxi association patrollers. Their job is not related taxi association but personal gain instead, not even you as professional Bamta association. As a motorized I was driving with my two neighbourhood from Rustenburg to Sandfontein and two people on the street were hiking. They forced my two neighbours and two people were hiking to come out of my car. I was blocked at Kanana clinic. That I do understand perhaps, what I don't understand why do they force me to drive off to Rustenburg taxi rank alone and requested me to give them money. They requested me to give them R5000.00 and threatened me that they will hit me. They took advantage of me because of Iam young. They took my Samsung galaxy A25 with IMEI number 350616255858101 and say to me I Have to release it with R1500.00 by end of this month. I was kept at Rustenburg taxi rank from around 17h00 until late night around 20h00. My car tracker and my smartphone finder can prove that too. As we speak my phone is with them in their mini quantum registration number HTB 337 NW at Rustenburg taxi rank. They left it there with it for the night. I placed an online order on the 1st of October 2023 and I haven't received it. I made more than 5 follow ups but still.
