I have been experiencing bad service from metrofibre on something i thought had been resolved. been trying to get the through to finance or support and no assistance. Since service was installed last december, been experiencing problems of over 5 years customers. my service is off an no one care to notify or send sms if i owe (of which I dont), i am frustrated with the level of service.
Requested a service which was immediately installed but requested to start in January 2026 as I am currently contracted to another network. To my surprise service activated immediately to what I thought was just for me to test if all is good. Phoned consultant and send wastapp with no avai. The service is pathetic and will for no client takes this network.
Looged complaint on Monday 26 mys with the AI hot ref no and would contacted in 24h and still waiting. Pathetic service
I bought a catridge at your depot in Centurion on the eve of Easeter Weekend. Excelent service, I received however, the catridge read depleted on my machine. I took it back to the store from day 1 and decided to buy at Waltons same as I needed to do my work. I took it back again with my machine and still reads same but they could not exchange or insert another one of theirs to proove is with my machine. Such a bad experience as and I hope no one ever support such companies.
My fnb life policies have on areas since loosing job last year. I have been trying to reaarange for an alternative bank account for fnb life to deduct what i owe as i cant use same account due to overdrawn account which am trying to sort out. Uts a nightmare to get through the lines. Once email is acknowledged, still they get everything wrong. In acknowledging receipt of my information via email, they still have or confirm incorrent information. It has been over a month now trying to reinstate my policies woth fnb life.
Hi, I have requested old mutual funeral insure to change debit order dates from 25 to last of month of which after two months of waiting finally got acknowledgement it was changed. To my surprise by 25 April debit order went through and atleast i had funds. Come 25 May same happens and at this time, no funds which meant chargesof R120 from my bank. I wrote, no response from insurer. 25 June same R120 bank charges, wrote emails and still no response.
