Below expectations
On Saturday the 3rd of February, we had the most unpleasant meal at Calcacchio , Monte Casino. We were a party of 3, Not a big table, our waiter, Ian, was okay, the area was crammed as everyone was trying to get some shade from small beach umbrellas. The tables were very close and my chair was touching the next patrons. Very uncomfortable . Then came the pizza, what can I say, NO CHEESE at all, the menu is not well informed, I ordered a Aubergine Insalata, which suggest a salad but it was under the heading of PIZZA, only when it eventually arrived, after a 45 min wait, Ian told me that the pizza is a small one as it comes with a salad, NO MENTION OF THAT ON THE MENU. No salad dressing, but after another 10 mins some balsamic then another 5 mins some olive oil. The salad was some iceberg lettuce with two pieces of cucumber no tomato, some radish and a piece of red onion. Very tasteless as was the so called pizza with a mush that I assumed was the aubergine on a base so thin it could only be rolled up like a pancake in order to eat it, NO cheese at all. My granddaughter wanted chips but that's not on the menu, so she ordered a very bad pizza with ham and pineapple, also very bad , very very thin base. I then asked for the bill , which took another 15 mins. Overall, we did not enjoy our meal which was not value at all. Bad service , the table is small and no shade. Well needless to say we will not go to this restaurant again.

Incorrect shelf prices.
Frustrating shopping at Brentwood park pick n pay, the shelf marked prices are very often incorrect when paying at the tills. Their response is "sorry about that"or "we only human". Very bad service. Will not shop there again.

Bad device be aware.
I bought a Mi Chrome cast modem Wednesday 2 June returned it to incredible connection festival Mall Saturday 4 June due to malfunction when I wanted a refund I was told no cash available and no refund to debit card.

Open view
Recently bought a open view decoder with the understanding that recording can be done only to find out that only a open view USB can be used none available in any store. Email sent to open view reply was to contact Mbali no reply from her. Open view using false advertising.

Very bad sevice
Very bad service. Management and staff are very rude ,when they eventually answer the phone. Would not recommend this service at all as they do not honor their guarantee.

Good service at safety brake and clutch Edenvale.
I recently had a problem with my vehicle's brakes and went to safety brake and clutch Edenvale, they were very helpful and their prices were very reasonable . I will recommend them to everyone for their excellent services.

Bad service from Makro.
While doing our shopping at Makro we had bought quite a lot of items including a Lindt special of 6 x 38g bars for 60 Rand as advertised on a board where the chocolates were. After scanning all the items the price of the Lindt chocolates scanned at R13.95 not at the price of the discounted price. A cashier went to check the price and would not allow me to follow her, when she returned to the pay counter the marked board had disappeared so the discounted price was not allowed. We left the Makro store in Meadowdale after no help from the manager leaving all the items that were already scanned on the counter and left the store out of principle. Very bad service and not the first time this has happened from Makro.
