Sia Cape Town is a ****
Bought one of their items online however what I received was nothing like what they advertised. I’m not sure why if “Sia Capetown” is just a name or if the company is literally based in Cape Town. I was shocked to get confirmation that my order was being shipped from China. Don’t waste your money buying their products because they are a ****!!! What you see is definitely NOT what you get. Poor quality and false advertising

Horrible customer service from Telkom
My services have been suspended for the past 2weeks. I called the contact Centre 3 times and I was promised that the issue would be resolved in 5 - 24 hours. No customer service what so ever. I have also logged a contract cancelation request but there has been no correspondence

Poor service
It is very sad that at a time when I have lost a loved one, I have to stress about finances. I have a policy with assupol and submitted a claim on Thursday morning, one of their consultants assisted me and I was told the funds will be in my account within 24 hours. The funeral palour is refusing to provide a service to us because I have not made a payment. They won't release my mother's corpse and we are supposed to bury her tomorrow but assupol says the money will only reflect on Monday. I am confused and don't know what to do. The supervisor promised to call but they have not
