Im very disappointed and in disbelief that Outsurance can go against their client to not pay the third party just because their client is going to loose bonus points should Outsurance pay for my car,s damages on the 02/02/2026 my car was involved in an accident and by God's mercy the person involved did not dispute that he was on the wrong in such a way that when my driver called to report the accident that other driver requested to speak to me he apologized and promised me that his insurance will take care of my car and he went as far as providing me with his Broker,s details as well as the claim and the police number,I forwarded everything as expected, last week Friday the lady by the name of Bongi Dlamini from Outsurance legal department called to say they are refuting the claim because the client said on his statement my driver was on the wrong,then I wrote an email to the other driver to ask why are they being dishonest about how the accident occurred,today I received an email from outsurance client saying they never **** and they will see to it why Outsurance is giving me a hard time to pay me and that they have been paying Outsurance just because they don't wanna have problems should unforseen circumstances happen ,Outsurance client sent the conversation between her and Bongi Dlamini and what they discussed and the said reality is that the client is not disputing anything or refuting for me to be assisted by make sure that my car is getting fixed In their conversation what shocks me the most is the part whereby the client is being told that should I take the matter further Outsurance is gonna defend them worse there is a part that says (If Outsurance pays me ,their client will loose points)my question is was my claim refuted because my driver was on the wrong or it was refuted just for the sake of frustrating me which is totally wrong Outsurance is giant company and for it to exist it is because of the client's it has so if they gonna go against the client wish by being unfair to the party that is a shame. I had to go and request for a footage just to prove to Outsurance who is the one that has a problem in processing the claim on how the accident actually occurred,this is an act of shame from Outsurance. In May 2025 I purchased a 2025 FAW 8,140 FC F/C C/C ROLLBACK truck from FAW NEWCASTLE (STUCKY MOTORS)it's been three full months but they have not delivered the truck ,I paid a deposit of R143 000,my salesman Dean said it will take 6 weeks for the truck to be ready for delivery Fortunately for me the truck is near where I'm residing so I went to check on the progress after 4 week and I got very shocked that nothing was done,Faw,s service provider said he was waiting for Faw to supply him with material that was needed to start working on it,I send the photo to Dean and I told him how disappointed I was because I could see that it was gonna take another week's for it to be done After three weeks I went back again still there was not much progress, I mention that the truck is needed urgently since I have a Towing company and I'm on insurance panels my work is on standstill, Dean seemed to understand, after a week he sent the photos of a truck almost done and he said they are waiting for a person who will be installing the PTO this was towards the end of June When I call again he said they brought the wrong PTO from NEWCASTLE it has to be changed,that when I found his manager and told him that it's been two months since I'm waiting for them but they are not being straight foward with,he promised to speed up things another week went pass,I felt defeated because Mr Rademeyer from (UMKHONDENI FAW BRANCH)promised as well to fast track the matter, three weeks ago he said again the engineer is gonna come and he has decided that they gonna put the electrical wintch which I did not agree with because according to my understanding that was a converted thing that was no more original according to the speculation of the truck I told him that what he is suggesting won't work because that wintch will burn after few loads he seemed to understand, Then he said he has aske the owner of the company that does the fitting of the rollbed to lend me his Rollback truck to use for a week until I get my truck , Three weeks again went pass ,last week Thursday the man Mr Daryn asked me to bring back his truck ,then on Friday last week I asked for a meeting with Mr Rademeyer, Daryn and me , Mr Rademeyer the way he conducted himself I could not believe the way the man was so arrogant he did not take notice of how much I have lost by not being able to work,he went as far as threatening to leave the meeting because he was assuming that I was accusing him of lying when I asked him that what is that is taking FAW months to finish the truck, He couldn't care less that I was a client that they sitting with R143 000 of ,I really don't know what to make out of all this that is happening about the truck I have exhausted my savings account since I have not been working, I sold a truck that was old to buy a new without realising that I'm shooting myself on the foot After the meeting on Friday I noticed that the PTO they said they are putting was not fitted by the gearbox instead it was by the end of the bed and there was a switch that was hanging,when I asked one of the guys there he said it was gonna be for controlling the bed,and where there is suppose to be three gears that you use to operate the functions of the bed there was on two of those small gears,I got confuse because I have never has or seen that ugly work that was being done there, I had an ISUZU and FUSO rollback none of them were fitted the PTO like that,and I can promise you that PTO is not for the ROLLBACK type of truck Again I'm back to square one the man (Daryn took his truck back that he had borrowed me) I have no truck to use now and nobody cares, Mr Rademeyer did not even call yesterday to say he is gonna make a plan, FAW how much must I loose ,I have realised that I made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing FAW What is it that is such a big issue for you to finish truck,because I can see that there is a big problem you are facing that is why you keep on changing stories, I need to work I have a business to run ,I have children to feed,I have a lot to maintain, can you treat me like a client not a bigger. I strongly suggest that Auto and General reviews their working relationship with the assessment center they are using,at first they said they assessment the damages on my bakkies whereas they did not assess accordingly, then Auto and General sent the amount that they will pay according to what was assessed which was wrong I disputed it,now the Z(STRAIGHTHROUGH PROCUREMENT SOLUTIONS)is asking me to explain the damages in my car again ,yet previously they concluded without verification, my car is accumulating storage bill by the holding yard, This matter is draining and causes unnecessary financial problems, can I be assisted for this matter to be finalized First I had to prove that,A&G client was not truthful about how the accident occurred, not I'm expected to assess the damages in my car ,is it because I'm a third-party, I do nor deserve to be assisted, this is unfair to me Bongekile Sarjou Dlamini
I recently wrote about my dissatisfaction regarding Auto and General (Telesure)few days ago they responded and promised me to finalize my matter accordingly, I felt better and I accepted the way they communicate with me, and I hope this matter is going to be sorted as the lady and the gentleman I was speaking to said,I hope to hear from them again. 0n the 6-12-2024 my driver was involved in a car accident that was caused by the other other,the driver admitted on the scene of an accident that he was on the wrong,and he will call the owner of the car to let her know about the damages on my car,as I was hoping so sort everything with the owner, I received a letter from Telesure stating my driver was on the wrong without even investigating,Telesure client was not driving her car that day,to fast foward,they asked me to send all the docies and provided them,after that they sent me the amount they are prepared to pay which I declined because it was not reflecting the damages occurs in my car,then they asked me to send them quotations after deciding on their own what to pay,today boom I'm receiving a letter to say I must pay their clients, The client **** to say it was her that was driving and Telesure has ignored that numerous times,Two if my driver was on the wrong the two people that I have been communicating with ,what is it that they were agreeing to pay for,why Telesure is defending the client that has not been honest with them,the owner could not even provide Telesure with the scatch on how the accident happened yet I'm being told to pay for an accident my driver did not cause,I'm prepared to go all out to root out the filth from this company, I can not allow them to shield their client just because they are not prepared to do the right thing and pay for my car,I need a response on is this how Telesure operate when it comes to pay the third party,if so then we will meet in court via media because these days things gets done if one expose the rot in all these big companies that rip people off who are unsuspecting.
