Worst insurance company to choose from 🚮
I've never expected the service received from these people so unprofessional and they pretend that they care at leat they showed me how unfairly they treat people. I had to cancel today 🚮 thanks for your worst service received hope people soon realise how you reap people off 😩

PMD the best 🤞🏾
I joined PMD today and the consultant that assisted me Godfrey Molotsi he was so professional, he displayed courtesy after I explained the experience I received from Miway 🚮🙄 they have the worst service. Anyway I trust my choice and I am happy with my premium 🎊❤️ most of all the axcess is the best than the previous one with Miway 🚮 please keep it this way because I am so in love with you guys 😭🥺 you made my day and thanks for the 10% discount of my first premium. 🤗

Almost satisfied with your service
I would like to thank Getrute Lebalo for her exceptional customer support as to how the claim process works as it was my first experience. She took her time to briefly explain what initiative has Miway taken to resolve my problem. She has a heart of gold. I'll also like to highlight that Mpumi Nkumbe at first she did not sent any correspondence about my claim progress after I have made follow up with Miway numerous times, however I'd say she did get back to me and apologized I give her a room for improvement and she did dedicate herself to call me the soonest to resolve my claim. Thank you Miway for assisting when I called for help for road assist when I was panicking and Mandla from a 3rd party service provider was very empathetic to me when I was traumitised with all the saga of attempted hijack happened. Well in a nutshell I am proud to be Miway client. ❤️

Worst courier company ever!!!
The worst courier company ever... I have been waiting form my parcel since last week and when you call the JHB office no one is answering the call. I hate this company with passion.
