Bad service & workmanship
I took my car for bumper replacement through insurance. Instead of replacing the bumper with a new one NRC Autobody repaired the bumper. Repairs were not even done properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS IF YOU NEED STRESS FREE REPAIRS

Bad service & workmanship

Claim Delay
On the 29th of november i made a claim for the scratches and dents on my car, i went to NRC autobody in Roodeport were they took pictures of the car so that the claim can be approved, i was assisted by a guy named Thabo. He submitted the photos and qoute to Dorah at Smart claims department and Dorah responded by saying the l/r door picture was missing i need to go back to NRC autobody so that they take pictures of the door. The pictures were taken again by Thabo. i made a follow up on after two days i didnt receive any emails from both parties. I called Thabo to find out what is happening and he said he sent everything to Dorah at Smart Claims Department. I called Smart claims and another lady assisted me and said NRC auto-body must send the pictures and the quote as they haven't received the quote from NRC. I called NRC again ans Thabo said he will call me even today i havent received any feedback from both parties. I have to do follow up almost everyday and no one is giving me answers . And i dont know what is the hold up as i am paying the premiums every month

Shoddy work!
I have never in my life seen such disgusting service! I had an accident in April 2015 and through a mutual friend I had my car repaired at NRC Autobody. <br> The car has been back and forth 5 times due to shoddy workmanship. <br> At one point, there was a funny sound coming from my car and when I took it back, it was established that the wheel nuts were all loose and this was the wheel taken off for the repair and not put back properly. Can you imagine the outcome had the wheel come off while I was driving it?! <br> My car was smashed on the right-hand side door and the cabling for my bluetooth microphone is located in this region. It was removed during the repair and has never been replaced! Now I can't take calls while I'm driving and they are refusing to take care of this matter. They even removed my immobiliser and never replaced it.<br> Is there anyone in the industry that is able to assist me in this matter please?
