NITCC Incompetence

In the beginning of my debt review removal process, they were on the ball with things and ver helpful and professional. However, since my last communication with them as where my case is at and they'd told me that I would recieve regular update, I have been following up ever since with no response.

I recieved such excellent service from 1Life. Particularly, when I spoke to their consultant, Nqobile Sishi who was very friendly, helpful and walked me through each process of my enquiry with such diligence and professionalism. I would definately recommend 1life to anyone and everyone. I've always had nothing short of great service from them.

Shoddy work!

I have never in my life seen such disgusting service! I had an accident in April 2015 and through a mutual friend I had my car repaired at NRC Autobody. <br> The car has been back and forth 5 times due to shoddy workmanship. <br> At one point, there was a funny sound coming from my car and when I took it back, it was established that the wheel nuts were all loose and this was the wheel taken off for the repair and not put back properly. Can you imagine the outcome had the wheel come off while I was driving it?! <br> My car was smashed on the right-hand side door and the cabling for my bluetooth microphone is located in this region. It was removed during the repair and has never been replaced! Now I can't take calls while I'm driving and they are refusing to take care of this matter. They even removed my immobiliser and never replaced it.<br> Is there anyone in the industry that is able to assist me in this matter please?
