Not as per agreement with no cover after payments for newborn
Membership number: 27705134728 After registering my son, they deducted the normal amount for my family for two months. I raised the concern and they indicated that this is correct. They then backdated full payments form my son in one month plus membership payment. Now this month they deducted more than R500 above the normal rate. They also reject all claims related to my son after he was added. If tried contacting them and sent mails with no reply.

If you want to buy a car that gives you oil,cooling,electrical and mechanical problems then Kaloo is the best place. They gave a false service record and the chassis number can not be found on any system. I bought a BMW 320I and spent upwards from R80 000 to just get the vehicle to function. But the vehicle is still giving more and more problems.

Avoid Makro on-line at any cost
Avoid doing business with Makro Online. We've ordered and paid for a tumble dryer in May already. Still no delivery or refund. Use other online stores like Takealot or other trustworthy suppliers. With the challenging time we are facing with constrained budgets, I find it unacceptable that they take your money for something you need and never deliver or provide a timely refund. You then have to spend more money to purchase the same device from someone else, hoping that you will get your money back.
