I commissioned LLHS Electrical and Plumbing on 30 November with a deposit of over R100k to install an 8kVA hybrid system with invertor, panels and batteries. To date they have installed 3 solar panels, an empty switch panel box and some trunking. Numerous arrangements and deadlines have been promised over the course of this period and every single one has been reneged on. Every single time. There is always a host of excuses and trumped-up reasons for their no show. There is no feedback or engagement from them and they do not answer messages or calls. My installation has still not been completed at the end of May.
Infinity Pools has just completed a major pool renovation at my home - resized and fibre-glassed the pool and jacuzzi and redid all the paving. The project was done professionally, on time and with meticulous attention to detail. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Joe and his team for any of pool project no matter how complex.
LLHS Electrical and Plumbing, headed by Lucas Khulekani Mguni, is a solar system installation scamming company. He was recommended because he apparently does a lot of electrical contract work for Spar and Pick 'n Pay. I commissioned him on 30 November with a deposit of over R100k to install an 8kVA hybrid system with invertor, panels and batteries. To date he has installed 3 solar panels, and empty switch panel box and some trunking. Numerous arrangements and deadlines have been promised over the course of 4 months and every single one has been reneged on. Every single time. There is always a host of excuses and trumped-up reasons for his no show. There is absolutely zero feedback or engagement form him and he merely resorts to not answering messages or calls. Does not communicate at all and just switches his phone off. People beware, Lucas is a very dishonest and deceitful person with no shred of credibility. All he will do is take your money and run.
I cancelled my DSTV subscription on-line during February (several times!!!) only to get an SMS at the end of the month informing me that my subscription will be deducted by debit order on 7 March. I immediately called the service line in Gauteng and after 25 minutes on hold spoke to an operator. After explaining my issue, she assured me that my subscription has been cancelled and will not be processed. LO and Behold... I get a bank notification that the subscription has been processed. Multichoice.... this is unacceptable. Please process my refund immediately!
Now, almost a year after Rain collected my router via their service provider RAM, they expect me to provide proof that the router was collected. I no longer have the collection slip and I expect they will be trying to charge me for this missing router. What a joke! They never, ever got back to me about my refund as Mosa promised in his reply above, so I just took that on the chin and cut my losses. This company is just NOT worth dealing with. Absolutely unprofessional in all aspects.
I have been trying to cancel my 5G service since January. I have sent no fewer that 4 cancellation requests via the Rain website and spoken to numerous consultants, each time with a different reference number. They collected my router but still deducted a premium for March and my numerous requests for a refund have fallen on deaf ears. Despite having a collection slip from RAM for the router, Rain has no record of its collection and want me to provide proof! Absolutely poor service from them. I do NOT recommend contracting with Rain. They just make promises and blow you off.
Very professional installation of my gas hob requiring 3 granite cuts. Quick, neat and affordable. Highly recomended.
