Excellent support from Samantha at FNB Knysna with my business loan.
Unable to process forex, getting error 11500, support staff don't know what's going on, banking app chat service keeps on disconnecting. Have been through 5 or 6 people now with the issue still unresolved.
Be careful when buying from these guys as the photos they use to advertise the products are misleading, and not in line with what you receive.

Impossible to change deceased Director for a company. No help from CIPC & they're asking for so much documentation that they themselves cannot process it anymore.
Trying to order a card, however the process is very confusing, and the support service just disconnected after 30 mins of trying to get answers form them.
Logged a complaint with them about their inconsistency in what is viewed as a "human" in SA. They simply ignored it.
Unable to get a procedure authorised. Emailed multiple times, no response. Even phoned them, but their phone system doesn't work, as you get stuck verifying the pin that the SMS you.
Tried applying for an overdraft on my business account. System timeout, repeatedly. Staff unhelpful.
Unable to receive SWIFT transfers. Private banking, but there is nothing personal about the experience. Forced to use the chat app for communication, but it disconnects every 3 minutes and you have to start the process all over with a new advisor. If it wasn't so painful switching banks I would be long gone. Top tip, if you want support from FNB, log a ticket with Hello Peter, as this appears to be the only way you can actually get to speak to a human being.
