I bought an item that was on special online, it was a present to my Husband. The item was small so I went to exchange it at Totalsports wonderpark mall, I was told I cannot exchange an item that is on special. I don't a want a refund
On the 24th of October I bought some things online and chose to pick them up at my nearest clicks store. I was in Mafikeng at that time, the very same day i got a job offer in Pretoria and had to leave the same day. I contacted clicks to let them know and asked them if I can collect in Pretoria instead, they said it's not possible but they can do a refund. On the 29th of October they sent an email asking me to send my banking details and ID copy, I sent them on the 30th and they sent an email to confirm receipt. On the very same email they stated that they have forwarded the request to their finance team and once they receive confirmation of refund they will forward me the proof. This was the last communication from them, I never received any proof till today. My refund was supposed to take 20 business days, the days have passed. I've sent them an email and a message on Facebook yesterday reminding them of my refund, I did not get any response on both platforms.
On the 28th of December I bought furniture worth 9000 and paid 720 delivery fee at lewis stores in vryburg in the north west province. I was supposed to get them from Pretoria as I stay here, only to be told the Pretoria stores don't have stock. It's been 3 weeks contacting them without getting any help. Whenever I call the manager will tell me he'll call me back but he never does, last week Thursday he said I should send my bank statement and ID copy for refund. When I call today he says he didn't get them, what ****es me off is that they always wait for me to call and give me excuses. I sent another email and he claims the email won't open, this is the email address he gave me 0313@lewisstores.co.za. Their contact details are 0539274796 and 0539272367.
I ordered a few items online a week before Father's day, Woolworths didn't deliver all of them, apparently they didn't have stock. I have been contacting them in regards to the refund of the items i did not receive, sent emails and called but i'm still waiting for my refund.
