I am beyond frustrated with the unacceptable handling of my refund by Emirates. Due to a technical error on your system, I accidentally purchased three tickets instead of one. I immediately requested a refund for two of the tickets, and the refund was officially approved on 10 January. There is absolutely no justification for what has happened since then. It has now been almost two months, and I have still not received my money. For more than a month, I have been calling customer service daily. Every single call ends with the same empty promise: “You will receive your OTP code and confirmation to collect your money from the bank within 48 hours.” This has been repeated over and over again, yet nothing happens. No OTP. No confirmation. No refund. This is not just an inconvenience — it is now causing serious financial strain. I cannot afford to book another ticket for the end of March because I need the outstanding refund amount to purchase it. Your delay is directly preventing me from making essential travel arrangements, despite the fact that this situation was caused by your own technical issue. SL1-02. Worst experience yet! Where do I start, but lets list them in no particular order: 1. No Coffee in room. 2. Aircon filters are so dirty that our bed is constantly full of black "mould". 3. No cold beers "Castle Lite" on Friday afternoon at the Sky Bar and so it goes on for the WHOLE weekend. Pool bar, Venue bar.... 4. Received clean replacement towels only Saturday afternoon at 16:00 after multiple calls. 5. Check in on Friday only at 16:30 !!!! Basically everybody complained this weekend about the poor service and state of the chalets/rooms. Will definitely not recommend it.
Absolute poor service! Bought a new vehicle and are already back for warranty claims after 150km and vehicle is only 2 days old. Renault cannot give me a completion date and keep on lying to me to get out of the cool down period. What a disappointment Renault for having incompetent dealers representing you in Middelburg.
Round number 2......and the poor service never stops! They are quick to respond on social media and to close the case with promises but again, it took multiple phone calls to make sure they deliver as promised BUT guess what!! The wrong doors have been delivered and does not even fit where it’s supposed to as a standard door! Poor workmanship again!! I ordered grids as well and reminded them on the size that they need to supply via mails....... guess what, wrong size delivered!!! Questions needs to be asked regarding their customer service dept and the MANAGER! (Allways in meetings to avoid customers) I will go out of my way to refer and encourage friends, family and social media to use/buy other brands than Megamaster!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
My complaint is purely the quality of workmanship on a 1000 Deluxe build in braai and absolute poor/No feedback I received from Raymond van der Merwe after several mails. His own colleagues asked him to respond on the mail but still no response. The braai’s door is build skew and even send photos and video's as proof with measurements. That was only 1 of the 3 issues i picked up. My take on Megamaster is that its a pure rip of comparing it to other brands on the market.
