Good day, Yesterday I bought a three cheese with extra chilies pizza (2) from Romans carnival, when the lady opens it, the chilies was burned. I had not time to argue or give it back because I was rushing for a ceremony. The last i paid for the chilies and they didn't put the chilies on I told the lady to leave it because I was in hurry. But this is now getting out of hand. I have a picture of the burned chilies on the pizzas. How do u treat people like this and think nothing about. I am always rush for time and think that romans are the best option but to get this, it is actually pathic. both burned
Discovery insures, little did I know it will actually be so frustrating to deal with a bunch off unprofessional people. I’m actually so disappointed and frustrate, on my policy there is accidental cover. No where in my policy does it say you don’t cover damage of a property by animal beside farm animal. Rats is not and insect neither it’s a termite. With regards to the structure of the building I wouldn’t know who build my house and if the structure is correct, so who fault is this and to top it all Jamie didn’t even inform me this. What worries me is that tomorrow something big happens to my house or for example if a car drive through my wall, y’all going to blame the wall (for the structure) and not the vehicle driver Irrespective of the structure as explain in my previous email the damage was caused by the rats in the celling. Firstly, they made me sign a consent letter to check if I have claim for this at other insurance to top it all they then take my son id to check if he has insurance irrespective telling I don't have building insurance with another insurance company and my son don't never had insurance. Because they couldn't find any now, they rejected the claim Now they rejected my claim because they say it the structure of the ceiling was incorrect. I being living at the premises for 25years nothing happens. I don't recommend anyone to actually take building insurance with discovery insurance.
Its is phatic knowing that after just a bad experience nothing was done . I lodge a complain in February claim CRM0008414. I spoke to Ruan the manager at the Glen several times and he kept on saying that I must come meeting to sort this out. Every time I phone the guy to meeting he is either on Holiday o not available. I live in Benoni and cannot driver all the way through neither can I keep on phoning him. The only reason I was there on the 14/02/2021 I had to meet some people. Yours'll got the footages of the incident so please sort this out. Ruan keep on saying that he will give me a few vouchers but that didn't happen.
Policy:448064727. I have this policy for Three years without any claims. Now that I have a claim C1339786 and C1340096 I was told that the repair on my vehicle is uneconomical to repair. From my understand I have full comprehensive cover. I spoke to Tsholo Molefe about still have not received any response. This is such a minor accident and Miway refuse to repair it. I can imagine if I was in a major accident what should happen. This is the most phatic company I ever hear about. If this is not resolve I am going to take this up with the ombudsman. I need to know where and how did your accessor get the percentage that he is working on. If you look at the Quote there is unnecessary this that he is charging me for.
It is actually so disappointment knowing that the bank you bank for years cannot assist you in open another account. I have being to FNB at carnival mall spoke to the manager in charge on the 19/03/21, I wanted to open an account on my son's name. He is 15yrs old and I only had the birth certificate. The lady told me that they cannot help I need and under bridge birth certificate. I told her but you have all my details and I do have the birth certificate of my son. She still refused. I have being to home affairs they said it will take about 3 months to get the certificate and there will be a cost involved which I feel is unnecessarily. I than tried another bank which was Nedbank and they gladly assist in opening an account for my son with his birth Certificate. At time like this it actually disappointing that FNB being my bank for years can turn down business when the country is in just a state. I am now actually think of moving my business to Nedbank and also get my friends and family members to try and move their business to a more sufficient bank. Because now it costing me money to do a transfer from my FNB account to my son's account with Nedbank.

Its is unbelievable that from my last response topmed haven't even bothered to response. It just shows how incompetent are they. I think that was they reason why they actually close business because maybe a lot of clients have with drawn from this. please can someone response to my review, I need my tax certificate for the months that I was paying you guys.
Since topmed merged with fed health , I am struggling to get my taxi certificate from topmed for the months I was with them. I have send numerous of e-mails because fed health cannot assist with any contact details. I am tired and don't know whether I should publish this on the news or what. According to fed health they don't have any data prior to the months that we paid topmed. This is the first time I came across such a phatic medical aid Please if I now don't get any help I will then publish this on the news
