2 months without electricity Im from ZULULAND DISTRICT VRYHEID , GLUCKSTADT AREA . Eskom is not helping us its been over 2 full months without electricity, we've spent Christmas in darkness all our meat is bad. yet still we are left in darkness we have to cook outside.We have been going to the offices in Vryheid they always say they will come but nothing.Im asking for help im very very desperate please it is so unfair
I'm so disappointed in takealot I've been their customer since 2020 but, I've placed an order and I was told that the delivery date is today 2025-04-11 before 5pm , this morning I received a phone call stating that I will receive my order today before 5pm. Around 7 a guy from takealot phoned me with this number 0342121070 confirming my address I did then he said he doesn't delivery where I live.... but he will make a plan and ask for some guys they work with to deliver my parcel ,I phoned around 1 the same number but someone else answered and said I wont get my parcel today the guy who was supposed to take it left it there he didn't took it... maybe they will give those guys to come and take it I asked when he said he doesn't know.... that is so unprofessional shame I'm very disappointed with takealot team they let me down why are they doing this icall inform me if they are changes the guy said sorry head office maybe will send someone who delivers from my side I need my parcel and next week I'm expecting another parcel for my wedding that means I will still be disappointed Takealot doesn't care about its customers do better please this is totally wrong and unfair to us....worse part I even pay for my delivery fee R75 but struggling to get my parcel

I app**** for a Life cover with FNB life which a week ago I was given a form for my doctor to complete and also blood test to be done, they said FNB will pay for those test but they never did and worse they sent an email confirming the results that they receive and also the assigned person who will call me to finalize my application he never called and when I call they always tells me stories that he is on lunch they will give him a message to call me why don't they take their clients serios and be in their shoes for once I'm really disappointed with FNB yet ive been with for more than 14 years in August 2012. For 7 years, but the service I receive now is really not pleasant 😑

These people are ****s I app**** for old mutual online on 31 October 2023, it was approved they asked for supporting documents, they approved they sent me the loan agreement to sign and send back I did they again send me the mandate to accept on my banking app I did all that, but still I'm waiting for the money to be released I've been calling daily asking for the funds to be released they keep saying they are waiting for my bank to verify me what kind of lies is that cause my bank says as long as I accepted the manadate they should be able to release money I hate Old Mutual finances for misleading vulnerable clients and promises loan of which it's something they can't offer...the financial assistant Ivanrack Tembo is no longer responding to my emails and he gave me false hope if I knew I was not gonna bother myself by applying at Oldmutual for loan they are **** and big ****s they frustrated me for the whole 4 days
Fnb home loans they failed me dismally my R3200 they ****med me after being their loyal client for 13 years when I finished paying my bond 4 May 2023, they deducted from my employer for May 31 and June 30 they were supposed to refund me that money but they refused to refund me that money I only received for 30 May June they refused to send it back to Mt employer up to now they are telling me stupid stories I'm so disappointed and hurting FNB are crugs my hard earn money never ever buy your house with FNB if you don't want to be ****** at the later stage
