I am paying for 50mb/s and experienced bad internet connection The person on the support side is not properly educated to deal with the problem. I assume that the solution for this problem will be to get another provider
I received an email from Herotel on 30th March whereby they informed me of a cancelation of services on which I immediately rep**** that I never requested this. They promised to get back to me which they never did. So they just cut my internet. They are a bunch of useless *********** people just *****ing your money. I will never recommend them
I bought a house a couple of years ago and Standard bank did the financial services. I requested a duplicate of the documents and got no response. When its collection time or you skip a payment they don't wait to threaten you
They are just useless, sending me an invoice to be paid with a password protected are attachment which I could not open with my Medical aid number, my ID, THE Wife's ID or all the passwords they send me
My vehicle was reported stolen on which the consultant promised to activate the tracker and as soon as they pick up the signal, they would notify me. This is now 4 days later and up to now they never contacted me. I was very upset and want to cancel both my subscriptions with them, so I called them from my mobile and R50 down the drain, they just dropped the call on me. I will never recommend them, I will actually go viral and spread my story. I also sent them emails, obviously no response
When I paid my bill I requested a receipt for SARS purpose. The accounts department never replied. I did not pay the bill, requesting for an receipt on previous payment, no reply, then I get 4 similar emails for the same bill. I think the accounts department is very unprofessional and incompetent to do the job. Client's shoul be respected at all times
I insured my vehicle at Outsurance and requested installation of a tracking device. They promised to have a Company contacted to do the installation. After numerous attempts to contact Outsurance in order to assist, nothing is happening. I feel like getting my Insurance with them cancelled. Shame on you Outsurance
2 days application not working, come on people this is unacceptable for a big busy like you
