Great sales skills, terrible follow through.
If you are looking for sub-par workmanship with no real understanding of the work being done then use these guys to do your borehole or irrigation services.

Speedy delivery
I ordered a phone on Monday and received on Tuesday. Very speedy delivery and you are kept up to date at each milestone of delivery. The phone works as advertised and my dad is very happy with it. This should not be confused with the Oukitel Store which according to online reviews is a ****mer website. Oukitel.co.za is the real deal in case you are doing an internet search for legitimacy.

Bad customer service at Voltex Midrand
I bought a Deye inverter in March 2023 and around mid-October the unit decided to stop working. With the unit being under warranty I returned it back for Voltex to have it repaired under the warranty. They mentioned that the turn around time for jobs like this is usually 6 weeks which is ridiculous seeing that these devices are now an integral part of the new South Africa. They took my inverter and still after 2 weeks they could not tell me what is wrong with the inverter and how long it would take to fix it. After following up with them daily and insisting on escalating the matter they finally returned the inverter after 2.5 weeks. When the device was connected it had a new fault of dropping the earth leakage whenever loadhsedding ended. I went back in-store to ask what can be done in order to get the unit repaired. They said they would call the DC office and get back to me. I followed up many times both in person and on email and they just decided to ignore me. Frustrated, I called Deye SA and they were happy to have a look at the unit for me and repaired it in 2 days. The Deye representative said that their repairs never take longer than 21 days. If you want to good after sales service when buying expensive solar devices then do not use Voltex Midrand. Their staff is clearly misinformed about the repair process of products that they sell and they do not prioritise customer service instead they ignore customer emails and calls. Had I known prior to the purchase then I would've taken my business elsewhere. If you have already made the same mistake as I have then go directly to Deye rather than wasting your time at Voltex Midrand.

This is a ****. It is a front company that was created so that you can send money to their account. They create a government department RFQ and tell you to make payment into that account. The company does not exist. Do not transfer any money to them.

Oramia Creation is a fraudulent company
SCAM! The scammers post furnisher on their social media platforms and request payment for them in order to process the payment. Once the money clears on their end they block you from ever contacting them. Do not pay them for any services.
