I had a policy that expired end July. Although I submitted my claim in early June, SAVM has been denying their responsibility. They reject the claim citing measurements, but refuse to reconsider despite new images. Only responding that indications for measurements were given, but never was. I will not take out any policy with them again as they don't honour claims
I bought my Sonet from the dealership October 2023. When I brought my car in last week for its 1st service I was informed that it was not covered by my service plan as LiquidCapital stipulates that it should have been brought it in at what comes first, 1 year or 15000 kms. You sold me the vehicle and I don't care if you outsource the service plans to someone else. When I bring my car for a service, then you should honor that. Now it seems that I skipped the first service and that I don't take care of my car. Where is your aftersales service? I also phoned in August to ask if I should bring my car in as I got an alert on my dash and I wasn't informed that I HAD to bring it in in October or it won't be covered by my service plan. What kind of brand are you that does not accept responsibility for ensuring customers get what they paid for?
I bought my car October 2023 and took my car in for its first service now end of May. I was informed by Liquid Capital that I should have brought it in a year from purchase and my first service will not covered by my service plan. This is ridiculous. You take out a service plan so your car can be serviced when you can book it in. What happens to all the premiums I paid and not getting what I paid for? Also it will seem that I am not diligent with taking care of my car as when I get my car service in October, that I didn't take it in for it's first service. This is unacceptable!
I am still waiting on my order #46687 since January 2021. Last supposed delivery date was 1 March. Mr Shopper is a scam. They take your money without delivering any goods. i want my money back!
My order was placed 19 January. It was supposed to be delivered 30 January and then again 9 February. Just before 9 February I was informed of another delay of 9 days. It should have been delivered by now, but no update and no feedback when I ask via email or chat. when I call the support nr I am always nr 6 in the q and when I get to the front, there is no answer. I think this site is a scam and they have taken my money and I will never see the items I ordered
